Huge room perfect for 2 adults and 2 small children. We were super close to a great restaurant venue and the parking on site was super convenient.

The only thing was the shower was blocked. We pulled out a lot of hair from the drain. Just a simple thing that was missed.

Good location, in a nice neighborhood. Metro station, supermarket and river within walking distance. Breakfast has a pancake making machine that was a big hit with my kid. Friendly, helpful, staff.

From the name and photos I was given the impression that the living room + kitchen was separate from the bedroom. But they were all in the same room, with only a curtain separating the bed from the rest of the room. Room cleaning came pretty late in the day (bit after 18), so happened to encounter us in the room.

We stayed only 1 night but it was enough space for our family. The sofa bed was actually comfortable & the space was sufficient enough. The room & beds were clean. Although I didn't use the kitchen but it was in impeccable condition, not sure if it's because people don't really use the kitchens or if they just really do a good job at cleaning it.

Nothing about the hotel itself, but the renovation of the streets in Lyon Centre made it difficult to commute because of all the congestion it caused.

The location is great. It’s clean and feels safe. You can park your car in the garage for 10€ per day and you can easily walk to the nearest subway, it takes 10 minutes. There is also a bakery and a supermarket (Auchan) en route to the subway. The entrance of the hotel is very modern, with a reception desk, couches and a small bar area. The staff were lovely. They spoke English very well and they immediately gave us a new kettle, as the one in our room was faulty. The room itself was a studio, with a small kitchenette containing a fridge, microwave, hob and cutlery. There’s a kettle with tea bags and coffee. You would just need to bring your own milk, if desired. We had a large double bed and a pull out sofa for the kids. The bed is comfortable, and so are the pillows. The bathroom has a built in radio, which we personally loved. There were fresh towels for all of us and everything felt clean. The air conditioning switches off at night, but even though it was 38oC in Lyon that day, the room had a cool temperature from being air conditioned during the day.

The only thing I was puzzled about was the shower. It’s impossible to shower without flooding half the bathroom. I was careful and mopped it up afterwards, but the only solution would be different shower doors.

Modern interior, great facilities for breakfast and a gym, cozy rooms perfect for working on a laptop. Has airconditioning. Has a fully equipped kitchen (albeit small). Perfect combination of hotel and apartment.

The airco switches off during the night. This is apparently mandated by the municipality, but it can get quite warm in the early hours. This is a personal thing, but I found the mattress very uncomfortable, with neither side- nor stomach sleeping being possible.

Room was a decent size and clean. Bathroom was functional with plenty of towels provided. On-site parking was very convenient and only €10/day but also around 10 minute walk to nearest Metro station

There was only body wash, no shampoo or conditioner offered. A face washer would also be useful in bathroom The hallways and elevator were a bit tired. Unfortunately the bar facility was closed during our stay. Some information on nearby restaurants, cafes etc would also be useful

From outside the hotel does not look appealing . However , the room is very spacious and comfortable. It is good for families traveling with children . There is a double bed and sofa bed , small kitchen corner. 7 min walk to metro , and 4 stops to arrive in old city. Big parking and very very quiet location ! No noise at all

I did not appreciate the attitude of one person at reception ( I believe he is the manager). The two other guys were friendly .

Our room was large with plenty of space and it was very new. The apartment was a short walk from shops and the metro and very convenient. It was a nice area with lots of trees, shrubbery and birds. The window was great and we had it open all the time which gave us fresh air and coolness.

We didn’t self cater much but more cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery would have been nice.

The hotel has the best terrace and is very good if you travel with a dog. Hamid at the reception is the best employee possible, please give him a raise, he was so helpful and kind. We will be coming back for sure.

When checking out we were given many suspicious looks by a girl at the reception, without a name badge. Somehow she assumed we would be smoking in a room which was absolutely false and very unexpected for us. With that kind of terrace and smoking area it would be absolutely ridiculous. All staff members should learn from Hamid when it comes to hospitality. Coffee machine at the reception produces coffee that tastes very bad.

Very good stay and comfortable rooms. Not the best location because it’s outside downtown and not very touristy area, but if you ride bicycles it’s perfect just a 10 minute ride and very convenient and inexpensive when using the shared system. I recommend it
