Great living near by caffe, supermarket and bakery. Nice staff and big appartement. Unfortunately there was no waste bag so we could not leave the apartment as we wanted (with empty bin). Really bad sleeping on the folding sofa, during every movement it squeaked loudly. Great location. There was no the same amount of toiletries as us (payed people) - but its detail.

Great room for a group of 3, had everything we needed to get by! Very close to the Metro station which made transport very easy. Helpful and polite staff in all areas 😊

Was nice to have a balcony but could have done with a few plants, balcony furniture etc. it was a space we loved using but had nothing to sit on/ relax around.

The location is really good as you have the metro station right in front of the property. We also walked from the city center to the location few times, it will take around 45 minutes. The room is ok size. The bed was really good as well as the pillows (for the price). The parking is quite good and seemed very safe.

It is not clean. The floor was very dusty, so dusty that you walked with your socks on and they turn grey. The common areas were also quite poorly maintained. The elevator was dusty and old, even though the building seems new. We had someone smoking really bad nearby and you can smell the cigarettes as you wait for the elevator.

The location was fantastic to go anywhere in the city as well as the whole region. The flat was spacious and very confortable. The staff was lovely and always keen to help.

The addition of a couple of items in the flat could be great such as a broom, some insect repellent, toilet spray and kitchen rolls.

The room is large, kitchen is included. The location is pretty good just besides the station Jean Jaures where you can take the train to the popular landmarks. There is also a big super market and restaurants near by. The front people are also so nice, both checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again. Strongly recommended.

The property is well located in a cheerful area, very close to the metro, with all facilities nearby including a coffee shop, patisserie, restaurant and grocery store.

The lift was not working on the last day and as I had to leave early morning it was a problem to bring down my luggage by myself.

All is clean, calm and understandable, good location, comfortable bed, sun side of the building - but hard curtains and an air conditioner helped. Just nothing to complain except of broken elevator and a bit expensive parking (15EUR per day)

The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Close to the supermarket and to the metro. The apartment was clean on arrival.

It would have been great to have an option for daily cleaning. When on holiday, I do not want to worry about doing dishes or cleaning up.

It had a kitchen and I could cook my own food, which was something I wanted to do.

I had to defrost and clem the fridge on my arrival. Too much ice on both freezer and fridge level. Also some pans and pots were missing (luckily they got me a brand new pans!) Also there is a strong smell of smoke when you first get onto the floor.

We booked two one bedroom apartments and one studio. The apartment block is very well located: half an hour walk to the city centre, 15 min drive on scooter. An underground station, supermarket, bank with ATM, boulangerie and a coffee shop right in front of the building. The staff were polite and friendly.

One bedroom apartments can fit four people, but there were only two towels per apartment. The corridor and the lift were not very clean. Luckily we realised we had to empty bins before the check out, otherwise we'd have incurred additional charges.
