The metro station was in front of the Residhome aparthotel and it's a 10 mins train ride to the city centre. Lots of cafes, food shops and restaurants to choose from nearby. The apartment I stayed in had all you need for a comfortable stay with children and a huge balcony overlooking a quiet yard space. I received exceptional service from the receptionist Amina, she answered all my questions and was very welcoming and professional. Overall I would recommend this place if you travel with a family, need a lot of space in the rooms and the flexibility of a well equipped open plan kitchen!

Very nice studio apartment, with small kitchen where you can cook some food, we were on the last floor and we have big balcony, bathtub in the bathroom. Great location the metro station is a minet from the front door of the hotel one change and 4 stops to city centre, there are coffees and supermarket 5min from the hotel. Nice Aria, we were coming back at night and it was totally safety.

Two thinks The elevator is slow like really slow if there are a lot of guests you can wait more then 5min This hotel do not offer cleaning doring your staying be prepared.

Great living near by caffe, supermarket and bakery. Nice staff and big appartement. Unfortunately there was no waste bag so we could not leave the apartment as we wanted (with empty bin). Really bad sleeping on the folding sofa, during every movement it squeaked loudly. Great location. There was no the same amount of toiletries as us (payed people) - but its detail.

Great room for a group of 3, had everything we needed to get by! Very close to the Metro station which made transport very easy. Helpful and polite staff in all areas 😊

Was nice to have a balcony but could have done with a few plants, balcony furniture etc. it was a space we loved using but had nothing to sit on/ relax around.

We liked everyting about this apartment, it was spacious and modern had everything we needed and we got the penthouse with a balcony and stunning views.

One negative it wasn't right in the centre , but the metro was outside the building and so easy to use.

The location is really good as you have the metro station right in front of the property. We also walked from the city center to the location few times, it will take around 45 minutes. The room is ok size. The bed was really good as well as the pillows (for the price). The parking is quite good and seemed very safe.

It is not clean. The floor was very dusty, so dusty that you walked with your socks on and they turn grey. The common areas were also quite poorly maintained. The elevator was dusty and old, even though the building seems new. We had someone smoking really bad nearby and you can smell the cigarettes as you wait for the elevator.

The location was fantastic to go anywhere in the city as well as the whole region. The flat was spacious and very confortable. The staff was lovely and always keen to help.

The addition of a couple of items in the flat could be great such as a broom, some insect repellent, toilet spray and kitchen rolls.

Very good location. Metro right at the door step. Supermarkets nearby. ATM, cafes and restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable and safe. Kitchenette is well equipped.

Toilet lid is cheap light plastic. Could have been better quality.

The room is large, kitchen is included. The location is pretty good just besides the station Jean Jaures where you can take the train to the popular landmarks. There is also a big super market and restaurants near by. The front people are also so nice, both checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again. Strongly recommended.

All is clean, calm and understandable, good location, comfortable bed, sun side of the building - but hard curtains and an air conditioner helped. Just nothing to complain except of broken elevator and a bit expensive parking (15EUR per day)
