The front desk staff were quite friendly, they were able to address my doubts and issued pointers on what to do and how to get around. I also got a great parking slot plus extension

Breakfast was ok but I met a server who was slightly rude unfortunately I didn't get his name.

I have stayed at an Ibis hotel many times in many different countries. They are budget hotels. You don't pay much (compared with many other hotels), you don't get much. This Ibis, on the other hand, just seemed much nicer than all the others. The rooms seemed a little bigger. There was no road noise. The blockout curtains worked perfectly. It was pleasantly air conditioned. The breakfast options were good. The staff were friendly. My favourite Ibis Hotel!

Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good location, close to Stadt de Gerland metro station, 15-20 mins ride to city centre

My only recommendation is that the carpets in the room need washing.

The staff is very good, the breakfast too, and is nice to have a bar that is always opened. Place is convenient and the nighbourhood has lots of bars, restaurants.

The beds should have regular sheets (des draps, quoi) in addition to Nordic plaids. It was very hot, even with A/C, and it doesn't make sense to have these nordic things.

Well located. Good access to metro. Good eating places close by. One English Channel on television.

Great location for watching the Lyon rugby at the stadium, plenty of restaurants, bars and night life within walking distance and a bar in the hotel. The rooms are of a high quality for the price and comfortable.

Nothing to dislike. This hotel is offering more than expected for the price and its location is excellent. If you are watching Lyon rugby or wanting to try the Ninkasi Brewery/Distillery, this hotel is excellent.

We asked for breakfast packcage for last breakfast because of early travel and we were told to take whatever we want but it is hard to take nice breakfast with you with no box etc.
