Everything about this hotel was amazing including the location (close to train station, shopping etc..). The rooms were very spacious, clean and well-maintained. The lady at the reception (I did not get her name) but she was great. I was sick for 2 days and she was empathetic and very helpful. I recommend highly.

The only thing to watch is the rooms in the back building are smaller than the rooms in the front but when we asked to be moved to front building they did.

Super friendly staff. Ample breakfast that was regularly replenished. Good location (quiet despite being opposite a church). Little playground by the church. Easy access to tram and metro and shopping :) I noticed there were items you could borrow, like a kid's stroller, little bike, games etc, which was a nice touch.

Our room (duplex apartment) was REALLY warm at night. We couldn't sleep with the windows open and the AC didn't seem to reach upstairs by the bedroom. The bathroom smelled badly from the (visible) mildew in there. Bath towels were rather small and toilet paper was very thin! I'm not convinced that the hair in our bed sheets was from us :( and there were some stains on the sheets that I noticed when pulling out the duvet on the last morning (not from us). Suggest you check the beds upon arrival.

We stayed in several hotels in France on our trip, and this one felt the most like a more traditional American hotel in terms of space and amenities. Extra mirrors, a hair dryer, a fridge, a cooking area, a fitness room, a bigger bathroom, and a bigger main room. So for American travelers looking for a hotel that may be more what they're used to, this is a great option. We thought the location was excellent, just a couple of blocks from Perrache, walking distance to a gym we went to, walking distance to centre ville, and just feet from several restaurants, but still the room was quiet when it was time to sleep. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Central location, close to a tram station, as well as walking distance to grocery shops nearby, including a Carrefour supermarket. The breakfast had the basics and was sufficient to get the day started. The room is spacious, the underground parking was great and the price is way below other hotels in the are (13 Euros a night compared to 40 or 50 Euros in other places).

The room is ok, but it feels a bit dated overall. The air conditioning controller on the wall didn't work, so found that the circuit breaker was tripped and I was able to make it work. In fact, the breaker was the on/off "button", because it didn't stop anymore, so had to switch it off from the circuit breaker.

Bread at breakfast could have been better (larger, tastier loaves). Just one cheese was disappointing for France. Duvet was too warm for summer. Room colour was dark, drab, would improve with some colourful accessories Kitchen equipment was locked up and you have to ask for unlocking. Should be offered. Paper beakers for hot drinks

A very comfortable apartment very close to the center and to a lot of shops and services. A fantastic shopping center was located very close ( 5 minutes walk) and, on the other side of the Station (Gare de Lyon), there were all the center shops and restaurants. The staff has been incredibly kind and professional helping me in all check in operation ( they were very gentle to take me to the garage and to the apartment even if it was very cold outside ).

Honestly I didn't find anything to improve. All was according our expectations.

We enjoyed our stay at this well-located hotel in the heart of Lyon. Getting around was easy, and the hotel's breakfast offered a wide selection. Our room was clean and comfortable, and although parking incurred an additional charge, the convenience of having a garage was appreciated.

Breakfast is served only until 10:00 am, however the staff was exceptionally accommodating, showing flexibility to those arriving a bit later or lingering over their meal, so it was fine. A minor point: we found the toilet paper supply in the bathroom to be a little low (a quarter roll) to start with, so already on the day of our arrival we had to ask for more, that is not very common.

Good location- Tram stop a few yards from the hotel. Useful to be able to park- but need to reserve before your trip as limited spaces in underground car park. Lift from car park to reception & another to the rooms. Room was clean & bright- comfy bed, and good size bathroom. Very useful to have a Fridge & microwave in the room as well as 2 ring hob & electric kettle. Only ate breakfast one morning, but plenty of choice including fruit, cereals, bread, cold meats & eggs. Staff were very helpful. Good value for money

We had a really lovely stay at the Aparthotel. We were at a conference at the church opposite so the location was excellent but the location is also very good for accessing much of Lyon (for example Place Bellecour and the Confluence). The room was clean, warm and comfortable, the shower was good and the fridge, kettle and microwave were well used. Also the staff on the reception desk were cheerful, friendly and welcoming. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to staying there again soon.
