The accommodation met all the promises made in the advertisement. It has a great location, is comfortable, and is well-equipped.

The only problem occurred during check-in, as it was a Sunday and the reception was closed. Despite informing the expected arrival time, there was a communication failure. Although it was mentioned that a code would be sent to open a safe containing the room keys, the code was not provided. The guest attempted to contact the accommodation throughout the day before arrival but received no response. As a foreigner, the guest had to rely on the help of a French person who assisted in contacting someone through an emergency number found only at the accommodation site. This contact provided the code needed to access the safe with the key. If it weren't for this helpful individual, the guest would have been left without accommodation for the night.

Excellent location. So easy to walk to everything. Staff were exceptionally helpful. So kind and understanding and their english language skills were great. I could not fault the staff at all. They were all fantastic 😊😊😊

The shower hose was not attached to a wall so I had to stand in the bath, shower myself with the hand held then put it down in the bath while i got the shower gel out of the bottle. On a very cold morning that was not the most pleasant experience. Also guests are required to wash their own dishes which is fine but there was no plug for the kitchen sink. These are not huge issues and did not dampen my experience.

The staff communicated everything related to checkin in advance, the room was spacious and the blinds were perfect. The bed is comfortable and the position is close to public transport and in a safe area of the city. They offer parking for 11€/night which is a steal compared to other prices. They also gave us a hairdryer on request.

The bathroom was very dirty (nail clippings, hair in the bathtub), and unfortunately the staff is not available on weekends and festivities, so you cannot really reach them. It wasn't a problem for us, but just to be aware. There weren't power outlets near the bed.

Reasonably priced room with a kitchen and utilities provided, particularly having a fridge during a hot season was a bliss! There was a coffee machine and stove, which we didn't use, but it work as we checked it upon arrival. There was also a drying rack provided and it helped a lot for leaving our clothes over night, as it was hot and humid and everything we wore got sweaty. The staff was very helpful and polite and helped us whenever we asked for anything, for example a fan!

The room floor was slightly sticky and dusty, could've been cleaner, they did provide with a brush so I did it myself daily, but the floor needed a bit more! We didn't mind it much as we mainly stayed out of the room for sightseeing etc. As we moved to another French city and they cleaned the room every day, it seems like a huge contrast.

That was a perfect combination of quality and money. I doubted a bit due to the fact that the apartment located in the students residence, but it was great: clean, separeer bedroom, comfort sleeping sofa in the living room, 12min walking from the train station. Coffie machine, dishes, fridge at the small kitchen. We will definitely choose it again.

The things which we predicted, so was ok for us: absence of iron and hairdryer, and a kettler . Again, considering the price, location and general conditions - everything is more than ok

Easy check-in with code, easy check-out at 12.00 (which is later than in other places.) Comfortable and nicely equipped flat in good transport location. You can reach city center and airport relatively easily. Great shops and restaurants/cafes around. Good choice to enjoy the city Friendly stuff

Clean, quiet for a city, good location near main railway station. Supermarket nearby and big shopping centre opposite station about ten minute walk away. Kitchenette equipment adequate for basic meal preparation. Plenty of hot water. Bed and pillows comfortable. Simple accommodation and good value in my opinion. Easy to check in and out, even outside office hours.

I wasn't told when I checked in that the plastic tag on the key ring acts to unlock the main entrance door. The numerical access code I was given was changed after the weekend without my being informed and I found myself unable to get in. Fortunately, this was during office hours so I was able to call the staff and found out about the plastic tag.

Highly recommended! Best value for the price. Easy check-in, easy check-out. Good location close to Part Dieu Station. Clean and comfortable accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen. Around the place, there are several shops, bakeries, and restaurants.

I had a nice stay here. Clean and calm (sound proof and comfortable bed), everything worked fine in the kitchen. I had nice views of the beautiful Tour To-Lyon black skyscrapper. If you enjoy walking you won't even need Public Transport.
