This hotel has an excellent location where there is the metro station that is quite convenient for you to go to other parts of the city. And there are a few restaurants and groceries nearby open until late at night every day so that you will never get starvation even at weekend. Its underground parking that is safe and easy to enter and get out is really a big advantage in my eyes. Rooms were clean, tidy and equipped-well with almost everything that everyday life needs. The last but most important is that its frontal desk staff were kind, gentle and warmhearted.

It was nicely warm in the room (heating system was great), which is very rare for the accommodation in Lyon. The room was quite spacious, overlooking very nice backyard. It is wonderfully equipped in terms of kitchen appliances, though we didn't use them. Hotel is a few steps from metro stop, taking you in 15 min to the center of the city. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in vicinity.

Towels are changed on the reception. Guests have to throw out garbage by themselves, as well as to wash their dishes - since rooms are equipped with dishwashers and you get washing kit during the check-in, it would be nice if it includes some dishwasher's capsules as well and not only the equipment for manual washing. Furniture is somewhat worn out.

Great location just around the corner of the Lumiere Museum and the underground station. Very good breakfast. Small but comfortable air-conditioned room with a basic but useful kitchenette. Nice garden view. Very accommodating staff, offering things above and beyond their obligations (they let us prepare boxed breakfast for the last morning as we had to leave early, and then even added another breakfast box of their own accord - thanks!)

Wafts of foul smell in the bathroom - plumbing probably calls for renovation.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Metro Line D which leads directly into the Old City along with a reasonable price and available underground parking. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. We opted for 12 Euro breakfast which was decent. It is near interesting Lumiere Museum. There aren’t a lot of restaurant choices nearby. 24 hour staff was always friendly and helpful.

Walls and doorways show wear and tear. We did not receive information prior to arrival about how the parking would work but we were fortunate to find a street spot so we could go to the front desk. They provided a key card to enter the garage and it worked out fine after we found the elevator to take us back up to the hotel.

The policy of the hotel not to clean the room unless you stay for more than 7 nights . You must carry your garbage down and ask for new bag from the reception!!

The Aparthotel is in very good location - plenty of place to find a parking for your car and close to the metro station. Easy to go to the city center. The room was pleasant with all necessary things. The breakfast was exceptional - with very good choice and good quality.

The shower should be renovated - lack of ventilation and it is humid in there (with signs of mouse on the walls).The mattress was not very comfortable (but it is a matter of your preference - different people like different kind of mattresses).

Good situated a few hundred meters from a metro station in a quiet area, our room facing a small lawn with trees. Nice and quiet. Clean. Nice big room. Refrigerator. Very big and comfy bed. Kind staff. Possibility of storage of our luggage as well on arrival as on departure.

Breakfast was ok but not 4 stars. There was no bacon/sausages or other warm dish - only a lukewarm potato omelet all 3 days (80% potato, 20% eggs). No tomatoes or other vegetables. But 8 jars of different jam!

Hotel is located in the 3rd Arrondissement and very close to the metro station (direct line to the city center). The room is big with a small kitchen, toilet is separated from the bathroom, reception is open 24/7.

On the mirror it was info sticker that the room is cleaned once in 7 days (we stayed 5 days and towels and sheets were not changed; not sure if this service is extra charged). Hotel is 30 mins walking distance from Part Dieu train station and due to a lot of reconstruction it is not easy to reach hotel by foot.

Great air conditioner - simple to operate. Immediate response. Opening window provided fresh air. Good breakfast at reasonable price €12 pp per day. Excellent Towel electric rack for drying smalls. Nice outlook to tree area. Supermarket, Restaurants nearby.

No tissues, coffee/tea although there was a kettle or coffee making facility. No dishes detergent although there was x1 tea towel. No place to store suit cases.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and tastefully furnished. Quentin and Anais, the hosts were super responsive when we had questions. It was nice to have a private terrace to enjoy the sunshine. It's a short walk from lots of restaurants and shopping, as well as Montelimar Castle. We appreciated the private parking space - it's quite large, the challenge is to reverse in from the narrow street.
