We requested two rooms close together and they were able to accommodate our request. The hotel location was very close to a bus stop and a short walk to the Metro line, it was very easy to get around Lyon. The rooms were simple and clean and included a window over looking the street. The staff were very helpful to us non-French speaking patrons.

I have no complaints, for the price we got everything we expected.

The location is perfect and the area is also very nice and rooms are clean. We came as a family and stayed at this hotel without any inconvenience. Staff also very polite and helpful.

It would be better if the bedroom is a bit bigger.

The lady at reception was very nice and friendly. During our stay it was raining. She offered us umbrella to use.

The location is a little bit far for public transportation.

the parking is big, easy access and there is enough places for car parking. apartment comfortable, a little bit tight for big kids with long period, but it contains everything needed for a family. the location of the hotel is top , it is not in the old city center (crowded area not easy to park), and at the same time not so far, in addition many shops near by (boulangerie, carfour....) Staff at reception very friendly, the apartment is calm.

Nothing had upset us except the AC that could not perform better during the extreme hot, but we can not denied also that the hot at the period when we stayed was extremely high. a good address to return to.

The room size is adequate for two people. There are two minimarkets nearby so it gives quite options. Public transportation to city center also accessible within walking distance. They clean the room everyday.

The room smells like the cleaner product, not my favorite fragrance.

Perfectly located across the street from the Jean Merlot hospital ideal for early morning procedures. Big comfortable room very comfortable bed.

Unfortunately sound travels in the building, I could hear especially chairs scraping the floor in other rooms it was very noisy - area rugs would make a big difference but also toilets flushing etc

Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed and useful laundry facilities during our longer stay due to hospital treatment. good sized apartment for 2 people and has kitchenette for stove top meals. Also a bath and a shower and a separate toilet was good. Air con an essential bonus and the balcony was useful as we were staying during a sunny period.

the kitchenette is small and ideal for a shorter stay. we were there fir about 2 weeks and it was a bit tight for space. a washing up bowl would be useful too.

Good location with local shops. Clean and secure. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The breakfast didn’t look appealing so we bought food from outside.

Apartment-style accommodation, including all necessary kitchen wares, so I was able to cook instead of always eating out. And there are multiple supermarkets nearby.

A bit old, but all functioning.

Convenient location, quiet, excellent parking space, nice beds.

Plates and glasses in the kitchenette were not cleaned properly. They should be checked more thoroughly after each guest.
