The room is very nice and clean with a small kitchen - at the reception they even gave us the dish-washing kit (sponges, dishwashing liquid etc). There are different services which you may take (e.g. laundry, desserts). The hotel itself is located nearby a metro station which leads directly to Lyon center (around 10 min ride). Breakfast is very fulfilling and tasty.

Not a complaint to the Odalys staff but to other fellow guests - please wash dishes (provided by the hotel) thoroughly before you leave, this is clearly stated in the hotel rules. We had to wash dirty dishes (glasses smelled some beverage and there were dried stains on forks) after previous guests. The fact that you do not wash dishes properly shows your attitude towards other people. Please be more humane. To the hotel stuff - please pay more attention to how cutlery and dishes are washed when you inspect rooms after check-out.

recently stayed at Odalys City Lyon Bioparc and was super happy with my choice. If you’re looking for a spot for a short city break with the option to cook your own meals, Odalys City Lyon Bioparc is a great pick. It’s especially convenient since the hotel is right next to the Bioparc and Lyon’s 8th arrondissement, making it easy to get to all the main attractions. The metro line is just a straight 15-minute ride to the center, which is awesome. Plus, we easily found free parking right across the street, and they also have their own parking that's pretty affordable. The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and make your stay comfortable. The apartments are clean and spacious, which is a big plus even for a short stay.

One thing to keep in mind is that there’s a limit of 200 liters of hot water. If you use it all, you'll have to wait about 6 hours for it to heat up again. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, but it’s something to consider if you plan on doing a lot of hot showers or cooking.

It was relatively easy to find and close to a tram stop which was really helpful. The apartment was lovely. It was great that the TV had YouTube and Netflix and all the apps on it. The bed was VERY comfy and the shower pressure was good. Also, the breakfast was brilliant. Staff were all friendly.

The kitchen area was a little small. There was a sink to wash plates but no where for them to dry and no plug for the sink! I asked at reception and they couldn't provide a plug but did provide extra dish washer tablets.

They asked about 200€ deposit which is a lot…they returned the money after 1 day after our check-out which was fine, but if you don’t have that kind of money they would cancel your reservation..the heater was very, very loud and the location is not good at all-not very close to a public transport or sth like that-if you want to go to the airport from the hotel it will cost you around 40€ dollars(with public transport is cheaper but you need to change a lot of times)

Place is pretty clean. Mattress in the main bedroom is good. It is 500m from the nearest subway station. Once you are in the subway though, it gets to places in town very quickly. Most trains are just couple of minutes wait time.

The mattress for the pullout bed in the living room are very soft. All the towels are quite old with holes in them or stains. I only realized shampoo pumps did not work when I was already in the middle of a shower, and had to go ask for replacements from the front desk.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Friendly staff. Short walk to the metro that takes you to city centre in about 10-15 minutes.

We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for check in, although we arrived at the hotel later than our estimated time of arrival. The receptionist told us this was due to the apartment being so big. But this was only due to to bad planning. Apart from this everything was good.

The proximity to the metro is great to get around the city. If you travel by car and you are lucky and there are enough spots, you can safely park your car outside the hotel. Otherwise you can use the fairly priced parking of the hotel.

The bathroom was clean but needs a renovation soon.

Nice Appartement with enough space and good comfort. A little kitchenet with all you need for an comfort stay. as its in a university zone, the place was quiet and also good connected to the city. Also free Parking was available aside the building (and a garage to be payed too). friendly personel. We would definitly choose again!

Perhaps a little paint here and there would be good as it seems a frequent used place. but really nothing to complain.

Easy 5 minute walk to underground metro station with direct connection to the center, old town, and the funiculars for quick access to the cathedral and Roman theater. Hotel was nice enough. If you arrive early, you can probably grab one of the free parking spots, which is an incentive to leave the car there and use the metro.

The hotel is not in the center city but you have a good connection by the metro. Also there were a lot of parking spaces around the building (if you arrive in the weekend) The breakfast was ok, you can find almost everything
