It was my first time in Lyon, and this place is just excellent. Every staff there is so wonderful ❤️ 💖 💕 and very professional. It was like they knew before. The room, facilities, amenities, dining area are all exceptionally neat 👌. The young gentleman who was looking after tables in the dining area was so pleasant and friendly. The location of the hotel is very perfect - near the big shopping centre and not very far away from the big train station. The gentleman and lady who welcomed me on Friday night were very professional, understanding and very accommodating. The two ladies who assisted me Saturday morning were so great 👍 and friendly. I am telling my friends and colleagues about the warmth, cleanliness and homely nature of this hotel so that they can also come there next time they visit Lyon.

I loved 😍 everything- the location of the place, the amenities inside, the comfort of my bedroom, the nice breafast and the great and professional hotel staff.

Beautifully decorated, friendly staff, nice room and bathroom. Spacious and super clean! The bed was a truly double bed, super comfortable and the shower was nice. We requested a quiet room at the check-in and it was quickly provided. Spectacular experience.

The location was the major issue for us. If you're going by car, it should not be a problem. But by public transportation, we would take at least 30/40min to get to the Old town and touristic area. Only one bus connects with the subway or you can walk 2km to the metro station. Also, the area of the hotel is residencial without much to do or to see. There is a small market in the corner if you need something and that's it. If it was more central, it would be perfect.

I stayed in this hotel as it was nearer the conference area where which I attended. The staff members were all very welcoming. They made me feel at home and were very patient with answering my questions as to how to get around Lyon. They were all very hospitable and warm. I think the FOH is this hotel's best advantage.

This is just me. I just found the place a bit 'haunty' if there is such a word. It is quite modern, yes, but the ambience can be 'spooky'. Again, this is just me as I am quite sensitive about these things. Yet, overall, I know that there was much effort that the hotel put in to make the guests feel comfortable.

I loved the quirkiness of the fittings and decor. It was easy to park on the street. Quiet and very comfortable. Staff were friendly.

I looked at the menu for available food which was limited - and decided on a specific. Pizza only to be told when I ordered the only available pizza was the 3 cheese. So I didn't eat a meal that evening just snacked in my room. I didn't drive into the city to eat because I had travelled all day and was tired

Hotel and room were so clean, cozy and fragrant. All receptionists very kind and smiling especially a man in the evening who was really available helping us. The real orange juice at breakfast was really appreciated. Bed was very comfortable, and location is really well connected to city centre.

Only the breakfast room is a bit too small comparing to rooms number and it become a bit too narrow when people is waiting at coffee machine and trying to take food.

for us the location was not a problem (we have family in the area) but I can see that for tourists its a bit out of the city center. Breakfast on our second day (sunday) was busy & altough they had a second breakfast room they weren't using it (staffing?)

Staff, bedding and breakfast which were all exceptional.

Noise from neighbors' bedroom, as my room and theirs were connected by a thin (locked) door. It also made me uncomfortable making reasonable noise in the evening/night because I was afraid of disturbing them/waking them up.

There are many things to mention... - Spacious room and bathroom, a separate toilet. - Air conditioning in the room (very helpful if the weather is +30 or more outside). - Beautiful interior. - One of the politest staff at the reception I have ever seen. - A bottle of water and tea were refreshed in the room each day (in some hotels they are not, unfortunately) + there are free fruits nearby reception. - Great breakfast. - Location in a quiet and safe district, but far from the centre.

- I could not switch off air conditioning at night, so it may be a bit noisy for the first night until you get used to this background sound. - Very sweet French breakfast: the ratio between sweet and non-sweet food was ca. 4:1. But still the breakfast was great, only ratio can be improved ;)

Beautiful rooms, thoughtful touches, warm and friendly staff. Quiet part of town, some street-side parking options around. The overall feel is artful and in good taste. Rooms have recently been renovated.

The room was a little smaller/tighter than hoped. The door didn't close easily (had to use force to hold and lock/unlock). The hanging light point at the coffee table wasn't working. As my stay was short, I didn't raise these issues. No electric car charging points within walking distance of the property - that would be a nice option to have.

I loved this hotel and as someone who travels very often this place is in my top 3 boutique hotels I stayed so far. Very cozy atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff and smiles on their faces. The only suggestion on my end is to improve the photos on booking because I thought the rooms were really small but they weren't so the room size exceeded my expectations. Wish you the best of luck!
