Room very clean. Comfortable bed. Restaurant food was nice and very convenient to have on site especially after a long drive. Good choice for breakfast. Handy to have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Service at the restaurant was a bit slow. It was very full, and it seemed there was not enough staff to cope with this. In the room, there is a separate toilet, but no sink. You have to use the sink in the shower room next door to wash your hands, which was a bit frustrating and unhygienic. To enter your room, you have to key in a 9 digit code. Was worried I'd lose the little card with the number. A room key would have been more convenient.

Excellent hotel for a visit to Lyon. Restaurant on site was excellent. Great staff.

Couple of things, weird phone call at about 2345hrs to the room but nobody on the line, staff couldn’t work out how it happened and the wfi signal was abysmal and we were only on the 2nd floor, outside next to the pool was just as bad. Hotel of this standard needs wfi repeaters to ensure good signal strength for people who rely on a strong wfi signal. Apart from that the hotel was excellent.

The food for both breakfast but especially for dinner was awesome! Very fresh and deliciously prepared, changing dishes of the day, good quality food - surprising for a B&B. Location was perfect for us attending a wedding in the area and doing a day trip to Lyon.

It was dirty underneath the beds, the pool was ok, a bit annoying that almost no one sticks to the rule not to jump into the pool even when being with a young child. But as it was around 30+ degrees, it was good to jump into the pool after a hot day.

The breakfast buffet is really outstanding! Also, the proximity of a shopping mail (within walking distance), with a supermarket and affordable dining options, is convenient. The room was clean and adequate. Friendly staff. Perfect for an overnight stay on the way to elsewhere.

Nothing, really. Be aware that if you are on the way from north to south (or back), the hotel's location basically means you will have to go straight through Lyon, and not via the ring around Lyon. That's the shortest option anyway, but if you need to drive during rush hour (outside the weekend) that might be a disadvantage.

Hotel staff are helpful as always. The rooms are reasonably clean and comfy.

Parking line divisions must be renewed (being enlarged a bit). Many charging points stay empty while the other cars can't find a spot to park. and swimming pool is not really useful. It is too cold. and the garden, I was at this hotel many times, I could rarely sat outside due to insufficient number of seats and/or lounges.

Great Staff! Perfect Breakfast, they also have a restaurant with good offer and great service, Bar open till 23h, very good service for this level of hotel! Extremely pet friendly! I travel with my cats and they even gave me some treats for my tigers on arrival! ❤️

Not so impressed with the way they manage car charging facilities … they now ask a fixed fee of 10 euro for a charge, whatever the load … in my case, wanted to charge approx 10 KWH (Plug In Hybrid), would cost like 1 euro per KWH … without any doubt double the price of the most expensive chargers I have seen … so, don’t count on the charging facilities, pitty

Really friendly staff Really easy to get there from the highway, but as quite and nice surroundings as if residing in a park hotel Really big room, easily fits a family of four.

The separate toilet kind of feels like a closet, a little bit nicer lighting in there and maybe even a small wash basin would be really nice there!

The staff were always great, giving us all the necessary info to reach downtown Lyon and, in general, meeting all our needs. All of them were smiling, kind, perfectly speaking English (and nevertheless nice enough to accept my limited knowledge of French). Room was clean and comfortable and so were all the common areas of the hotel. Breakfast was superb: croissants, pain au chocolat, fruit, yoghurt and of course eggs and bacon, baguettes but also an excellent choice of cheese (Ça va sans dire, though: never found bad cheese in France!). Also, the restaurant at night is worth a try: very good burger, excellent beef tartare. Free parking and a nice kids playing area: we used only the ping-ping table due to cold weather conditions, but that's another story and certainly not the hotel's fault! Would certainly come back! Nothing to see here: everything was good

Stayed her as a stop off on way to Spain from UK. Great location just off the main rd. Loved that it had a restaurant where I could get something to eat and drink after a long day of driving. They also have the menu in English if needed.

The address for the hotel doesn't take you straight to it in google maps.

Easy access from motorway. Surprisingly quiet overnight considering the location. Great parking. Nice restaurant. Good selection of tea/coffee etc in room.

A plug next to the bathroom mirror, or elsewhere in front of a mirror for using own hairdryer would be good, although there is a fixed dryer provided.
