The staff at Hotel & Spa Le Pavillon were very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and relaxing. Our suite was spacious, quiet, and clean. Convenient parking just outside the hotel. Although we didn’t have breakfast, the breakfast terrace looked lovely with a nice window view. The staff recommended a fantastic Italian restaurant (Trattoria L'Allegria), which served amazing food.

The jacuzzi was a little small. The steam room could use some maintenance, as the thermostat wasn’t functioning perfectly.

Pet friendly. Excellent . Luxurious and beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom. And a balcony with breathtaking views The best hotel we have been to, and great price. Great spa and relaxation area. Excellent restaurant, very good! Excelent breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Very nice and welcoming staff. 5*, will definitely come back if we are in the area.

Booked for the restaurant 2 days prior over the phone, and the reservation was lost. When we got to the restaurant there was no reservation. We were also 20min late, because I wasn't feeling well, as I'm pregnant. However, they did accommodate us anyway, with a shorter menu, and the dinner was beyond amazing. The situation was handled very well. Just very sad we couldn't stay for longer in the hotel, as we just stopped on our way to the North of France.

If you have had breakfast in a Hotel before, it was like that. It's a dog friendly Hotel.

Great evening meal but limited choice of individual plates. The only choice was two set menus with a couple of options within each set menu. We only wanted a light meal but ended up having to have the full Monty !

Great location, only a short train journey from Lyon. Friendly and helpful stuff, including Alice from Housekeeping- service with a smile :-). And great facilities.

Amazing find. Loved it very much. Very stylish and classy. Exceptional cleanliness, size and design of the room, view to the park and waterfall from my room 5.

Very spacious rooms in a fabulous location. Spa could do with an upgrade but it was very quiet. Really helpful staff - particularly in the restaurant.

Good location.

The only disappointment was the breakfast. Hot items were too cold and not enough choice. There was no waiter service and the coffee machines produced dreadful coffee.

Fantastic room great pool and gym.

Food offered was expensive and limited so we ate out in the casino.
