The location of the hotel was great. Only 3 hotels to choose from this one was the best price. Had to get a second room and was glad they had some available.

The first thing is that some of the fixtures in my room needed to be fixed. Second, the phone system needed to be addressed it didn't work in the morning. Breakfast was not good. Very little to choose from. Housekeeping didn't clean the 2nd room that I purchased for my wife's and mother in law stay. No tag was placed on the door. Was very disappointed this time.

Location was great....staff were super friendly. We didn't arrive until around 9pm our first night. Unfortunately, I was in town because my father had passed away & we were trying to handle as much as we could while there since we live 10 hours away. On Monday, I ended up needing some extra time & they were very gracious about extending our checkout time so we were not rushed. It was very much appreciated as this was a very stressful time.

No Complaints.

The staff was super nice. Me and my kids had to come there and stay after flooding in the area left us with no water and power. We were even able to bring our 2 small dogs which was such a relief.

There wasnt much we didn’t like about the property. The only thing I would recommend is having extra blankets in the room.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating they knew we were so tired and let us check in once room was ready. The gal at front (I’m sorry I forgot the name!!) she made me feel like I was visiting family catching up on what I had missed since my last visit to Kentucky.

Well our room I think had been a smoking room at some point and i am hypersensitive to that smell. But we were traveling with our fur baby so I’m sure the room wast the same as non furanyrooms and that’s totally fine

asked for first floor and that the rooms be close together. the rooms were on different floors and at complete opposite ends of the building

Breakfast was good, many options. Room was nice but a little small.

Room was a little small other than that it was nice.

Quiet and friendly atmosphere. Staff was very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was delicious... great variety!

There wasn't any apple juice. My family prefers apple juice.
