When we checked in, we were put in a room that did not have a working fan in bathroom. We called front desk and they came up and moved us to another room that was nicer and updated. They are in the process of updating all rooms. It is older and dated, but I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Stairs to 2nd level need to be updated

The staff was beyond friendly. We got to check in really early, which I didn't expect. They loved my dog. This was my first time traveling with him. The room was a prefect location, so I can take him to go to the bathroom and a place to throw away stuff after I cleaned up from him going to the bathroom.

There was no breakfast, but we expected none. Bed was firm and comfortable, room was clean, only very minor quibble was another patron being place right next door even though many rooms were available for a one-night Sunday stay. We had to search to get a phone number to speak directly with someone onsite, and the friendly candor of the advice to book online for better rates was a big plus. We got exactly what we wanted.

Information and directions to nearby restaurants could have been better informed, but this too was a minor concern.

check in process. 90 degrees and I had to stand outside to check in while the person inside of office was clearly enjoying the air conditioning. I thought at first it was a security measure, however to get ice, you came in the side door to the open office. To have customers stand in 90 degree heat in the sun to check in, really? cmon! Floor lamp in room did not work.

Husband said the bed was the perfect firmness. Good water pressure and hot water. for the price overall it wasn’t bad for our one night stay.

Nothing. For the price and for just one night it served its purpose.

Been there in past…They had made many improvements..noticed special attention given by housekeeping to small details which, having noticed, led me to believe they appreciated my business!!! Will stay again!

Been there many times for vacation seeing wife's family excellent prices,safe,quiet,clean highly recommend for a reasonable priced stay..

Nothing everything was great as usual

I needed to check in very late, and the manager made arrangements for me to get into my room after their office was closed. I appreciated their accommodation of my request.

It would have been nice if there was a coffee pot in the room given that there was no breakfast.

Nice quiet older hotel that has had some updates. The male and female I encountered were extremely personable and helpful. It was very close to the concert and several restaurants. I'll let the support the locals!

The Motel was in a good location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. Desk person was friendly, helpful and very pleasant .... one of the highlights of the stay. My special requests were met without problem.

Would have enjoyed a coffee maker in the room. Our schedule required us to depart before coffee was available in the main office.
