Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast had everything you could want, oatmeal , potatoes, eggs and sausage. two kinds of waffles. many different cereals and Muffins, and much more. Pool was open from 8am to 10 pm which I thought was great. plus the exercise room. Would stay here if we are ever back in Pikeville.

The parking garage was hard to maneuver. It is also used by the arena behind the hotel and so when we tried to get out to go eat we got stuck because the incoming traffic would not let us go down. It is two way traffic and too narrow.

Very clean, lovely room, amenities were nice. The pool was wonderful after a long hot day. We loved breakfast. They had more than I anticipated for breakfast and it was all very good.

I told the staff our coffeemaker was missing a piece, making it useless. They asked if I wanted someone to come fix it. I said yes and no one fixed it. We were leaving the next day so it wasn’t a big deal, but I would’ve liked to make a coffee in my room before we left.

The property is clean and very nice. Great location. Excellent breakfast employees!

My only complaint is that it was quite noisy. We were near the elevator and there were men talking loudly late at night. There were cars racing outside and revving engines, which of course is not the hotel’s fault, but disturbing all the same.

Breakfast was so-so. Clean, nice area, etc., just didn't think it tasted good.

Booking.com really dropped the ball. They didn't know who I was, couldn't find me in system, etc. We finally realized that Booking.com had me under one of my family members name. That name was part of our group--I reserved the room. A lot of hassle after a long drive but not the hotel's fault.

Great hotel and friendly staff. The room was large, modern and very clean. Breakfast was good.

Pikeville was closed on the Monday we were there. We struggled to find somewhere to eat as the hotel only serves breakfast. We ended up in BANK 253 which was a short walk from the hotel. Nice food and atmosphere.

Sooo clean! Beds were super comfortable along with great pillow selection. Breakfast was great! Huge selection. Loved having restaurant selection within walking distance. The park next door was so cute and clean! Overall we loved our stay.

Parking was a little confusing at first but very nice having a parking garage attached.

Loved the location and free, attached parking garage. Breakfast was excellent. After a long day of travel it was nice to be able to walk around the town and see all the art, especially the bears! I also liked the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps containers instead of the wasteful little bottles.

The breakfast was decent. The eggs were too wet (watery) not to big of a selections. I would’ve like to seen some cut up fruit on the buffet.

Housekeeping kept the rooms clean. The facility was clean.

From the start I found reserving the room very easy via internet. The staff at check in were beyond courteous and professional. They set a new standard by which I will judge future visits by. The room was perfect. I slept better than in my own bed. Definitely will visit again.

This is an excellent facility. Clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. I stayed for a week during Hillbilly Days
