Absolutely wonderful Hotel! SUPER clean and inviting. Very well kept up. Our room was very spacious. (King room) half carpet half tile. Layout very nice. Friendly staff. Check in and check out went smoothly. Did not get a chance to use the pool, however, it looked clean. Small grocery store, couple of fast food restaurants, (saw a McDonald's sign and I think the other was Chinese) and gas station nearby. Good value. Highly recommend!

The lack of dining establishments in the vicinity of the hotel. But for a short drive, there are several options. Still highly recommend this Hotel.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! I appreciated their hospitality and kindness so much. The rooms were also very warm, which was great because it was frigid outside. Breakfast was lovely and filling. So thankful they're pet friendly!!!

There was very little I didn't like. The bed could have been a bit firmer maybe. There was a tiny bit of wear and tear in the room, but it was overall very clean and comfortable.

Clean reasonable price got location

Toilet was clogged up and wouldn’t flush drain in shower was slow draining kinda a pain Kinda a shame you pay good money for a room then have to deal with the issues like that wouldn’t be so bad for one night but a pain in the ass for a 3 day stay with 2 little kids probably wont stay again even with the reasonable accommodation and price

The fitness room was an added bonus that was not included in the hotel's amenities. The location was easily accessible, and Jeremy (front desk staff) greeted us with a smile and had a very positive attitude!

The bathtub was a slicker surface than others I have used. It was also higher off of the ground, which made stepping out of the shower onto a tile floor quite treacherous for someone with shorter legs or knee and hip problems. I don't know if any other options are available, but I will ask next time.

The breakfast choices were suitable for many different tastes and diets. The fitness room was clean and had enough equipment for a good workout. Having previously stayed here, it was a nice surprise to have the staff remember you!

The mattress was a little hard. It would also be nice if the lemon infused water was available all day.

Everything almost

There were some helicopters working next door ,delivering building materials to a lot, it was not the facilities fault, but it did make it difficult to rest during the day, we're elderly and nap in the day, but they did stop at a decent hour, about 6pm

I arrived way after check in time, and I called beforehand to convey it to the Front Desk Manager. So, as I walked in, my key card was available. Also, I went down to breakfast, and I had a lot of food to carry to my room for the kids, and the Breakfast Attendant helped me carry it all to my room on the third floor. Top tier customer service.

I can’t think of anything that could have been better. The pool was clean and available when said it would be. 😊

It’s clean and close to Walmart and fast food.

Bed was a bit hard for me with a bad back and hips. Too flat pillows. Could hear others using their bathroom, shower, knocking on doors and talking. Carpet only where the bed was located.

The location was our number one item. We were there for a funeral and you were able to accommodate everyone.

Construction wasn't cleaned up at days end so we saw debris and dust everywhere. The breakfast sausage was not cooked properly. It should have been browned not just steamed or microwaved.

Breakfast is as fair, had some yogurt and fresh fruit options which were nice. There was also eggs, pancakes, biscuits, gravy, etc. Pet staying in room was an additional $30.

Lighting in room could have been better.
