Very comfortable bed and the usual amenities we expect from this class of hotel, eg fridge, microwave, good desk and ergo chair, etc. Good TV setup. Very good breakfast buffet. Wifi and HVAC work well. Excellent housekeeping. Friendly, professional staff.

The bathtub area could use attention. First - I LOVE having a bathtub at the end of the day, compared to just a shower. However, there was a typical mistake - the bath toiletries are placed too high for anyone actually sitting in the bathtub unless you keep getting up and down in a wet tub (a litigator's dream.) Also: there were rusty water stains around a chrome fixture in the tub. Would love to have a nightlight in the bathroom.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in was incredibly fast. Room was very nice. Breakfast was really good.

The hotel backs up to a railroad crossing, and every time a train comes by the crossing it blows the whistle - loudly. Very loudly. The train went by 4 times between 9pm and 3am. At 3:30 an emergency vehicle went by with the siren blasting. We did not get a good night's sleep. We did, however, laugh about it, having seen My Cousin Vinnie a dozen times.

Easy to get to food, and the river is just a couple flights of stairs down the hill.

Shower needs the tub facet fixed, more water going out it than the shower head. No channel guide on tv.

This is my favorite hotel. It is VERY clean and the rooms are always nice and very comfortable. The staff are also very friendly and inviting. I always enjoy staying here! I got a jacuzzi tub this time and it was very clean and well maintained.

I think the price is steep. I paid like 170+ for a one night stay which I thought was pretty high, but I paid it because I desperately needed the break and like I said, this is my favorite hotel.

Customer service was excellent, they helped us navigate our trip since it was our first time there and even had cookies after our concert.

We didn't have any towels in our room, unless the hand towels are considered the bath towels. we made them work.

The woman in her mid 20’s working at 3AM was super nice. She offered late checkout and gave me a water on the house.
