The hotel was easy to find. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was very clean and the counter had good space. The location was near to restaurants so I could walk to them. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Even the soap supplied in the bathroom was excellent.

I have tried hard to think of anything that I did not like but I did not think of anything.

I liked that I was on the first floor. The room was nice and the a/c worked great due to the hot and muggy weather.. the bed was comfortable, but my arthritis only allowed me to sleep in it for little amounts of time.

No parking. Evidently there was to be construction and they had close parking blocked off. The clerk allowed me to park up front, but it was still quite a walk for me being handicapped. My daughter came to visit after my surgery and she had to park all the back in the back of the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was awesome. Slept very well.

The shower was not very user friendly. Shower head had no adjustment and was so forceful that half the floor was wet. Toilet seat could be upgraded to not slide side to side.

I was with a patient at the Pikeville medical center for a life threatening surgery,I am so pleased that the hospital is kind enough to offer discounted prices for families in such a trying time in their lives.... absolutely loved my stay

Nice location. Restaurant in hotel. Clean. Keurig. Fridge. Bath towels super soft. Bed was comfy and super clean.

Weird layout. Room was fine, but work being done outside hotel. I had an indoor room, but some rooms have doors that are outside.

Room was large and the layout with the sink in the room not in the bathroom was nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Parking lot is way behind the motel and if the Mexican Restaurant on top floor is busy good luck with getting a parking spot. For the price it works well.

There was garbage and a hat under the bed mirror was stained and bathroom was smaller than I expected I understand they are in process of renovating wasn't really an issue for me personally

It was quiet, clean, and the staff was friendly… only complaint is the parking… I had a handicapped accessible room and had to park in registration parking… but aside from that no complaints whatsoever.

This was my second stay here. I travel for medical appointments. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean.

The bathroom is a little small, but other than that, it is perfect for the price.

Width of the curtains let in too much light. Our room was near the back of the lot. Got noise with cars taking a short cut through the lot. Needed at least two chairs.Over all, we had an enjoyable stay.
