The staff was very accommodating to our family's needs and so friendly! We had three children with us, so the self-serve breakfast bar was a big hit! The kids had waffles and juice every morning. When we needed more pillows or fresh towels, they were on top of it immediately. Every time we left for the day, when we'd come back to a clean room. They also offer a laundry service which we used once. It's an older building, so there is some wear and tear, and the cigarette smoke smell was a little strong the first night, but overall, it was a nice stay. Affordable, comfy, friendly, and accommodating.

The staff were very nice . They were very helpful for taking care of all my needs .. I've stayed at this hotel at least 4 times in the past years. I've never had any problems when I've stayed there . It is in a great location for me when I come to visit family .

When I first went in my room the comforter had several burn holes in it and the blankets under it . The comforter also had a wax looking substance on it . The housekeepers did come up and change the blankets and the comforter.. I am a non smoker. I called to make sure they did not give me a smoking room . It was a non smoke room . Looked like shower area needed painted where curtain rod came out . Never left clean wash cloths or towels . I had to ask for them . The main curtain in the room was coming off the rod .

Rooms missing bathroom supplies, smelled like cigarettes BAD even in a non smoking room, bathroom was extremely dirty. All the trash cans around the hotel were over full and trash everywhere.

It stayed quiet and peaceful, the bed was very comfy and it was in a good location close to plenty of places to eat.

Only drawback is a pretty small one, and that's the bathroom. It's pretty small and kinda uncomfortable to use the toilet.

Being pet friendly it was very quiet. Decent breakfast with plenty of coffee.

The fitted sheet was to small for the big fluffy mattress and kept coming off. Each room should have 3 wash clothes. One for each person to shower with and one to use at the bathroom sink.

Everyone was really nice.

Nothing other then there was a lot of people that seem to be on drugs we was woke up 2 night from someone beating on the walls and yelling

Location, Continental breakfast. Bed was comfy

Bathroom needs a major renovation.. Ceiling looked awful ..water damaged.. Exhaust fan cover fell off.. Shower head was bad.. peek hole on door had no cover we had to use a cup lid.

The staff is SO friendly and accommodating. Always a hot breakfast and coffee waiting; this starts our day off right!

Everything was great.

Breakfast was alright except there wasn't any meat or eggs . I was expecting one or the other but everything was just fine.

I've stayed here one other time. Beds are super comfy. Met alot of nice ppl staying there. I am a social butterfly
