Staff were super nice. House keeping was great. Really quite.

Breakfast was just two containers of cereal and a few breakfast bars. They do have very good coffee. The hotel is practically hidden and very hard to find especially at night. Drive approach is extremely rough to the point of almost damaging your vehicle

The rooms was very clean, beds was comfortable. Showers were amazing. I originally booked a king jetted tub suite. They called me a few hours before my stay to tell me they had an issue with that room, and offered me to stay in a different room. I agreed. They were very nice. And it smelled really good in our room. Very clean. Location is great, I will be coming back!

It was on a secluded hill and not a lot of people around. The hotel is a bit outdated, but welcoming, clean, staff was friendly. Really enjoyed the jetted tub and being able to bring my dog for a trip. I like how the housekeepers fold the wash cloths in the towels. Would definitely come back one day.

We arrived in a bad snow storm and the friendly staff met us at the door and offered help to bring in luggage and showed the family to the room immediately. Staff was very helpful and super friendly and showed true concern for our wellbeing.

The lady who checked me in was wonderful! Place was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Shower was piping hot and the water pressure was fantastic.

There wasn't a elevator and the staircase was all the way at the end of the hall. It was a little inconvenient packing all my stuff that far but nothing major.

The property was great location. Hotel is older could use some updating but extremely clean. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience.

The staff is amazing. The older lady that works the front desk I don’t know her name but she is always smiling and laughing, she is the reason I keep coming back, her personality is out of this world great. I always look forward to seeing her.

Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Water pressure in shower and faucet very good. No bugs. Thank you to the ladies at the front desk!!!

Third party booking was terrible. I'm just glad the ladies at the front desk were able to help us. They were so friendly and understanding.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The facility was a bit out of date; could use some updating. It was clean, which is a priority.

The room was clean and the AC worked great, I had booked a non-smoking room.... But you could tell by the textured wallpaper that at one time it was used for smoker's, also could use an elevator.
