Breakfast was great! Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely clean. 10/10

The location was great! When we arrived we were welcomed by a wonderful man at the front desk. He was helpful and it was the fastest check in I had ever had at a hotel. The staff was friendly from the moment we saw them. The breakfast was delicious. Comfy beds and safe location. Warm and welcoming stay. I just want to say thank you to the outstanding team you have at your hotel. Even greeted gracefully with the morning staff at checkout. Thumbs up beautiful people! This will be my number one choice in hotels from here on out.

The breakfast was really good and the person working the area kept alert to the supply of everything while I was eating breakfast. There was a complete hot breakfast and not just a continental breakfast.

There was a smell outside that was not pleasant. The fitness room was very small, and the pool was right outside my window of my room. Fortunately, there was not anyone swimming while I was there. There was no ice in the machine on my floor.

I was traveling from Bellevue, Ne to Morehead, Ky for a funeral and contacted Comfort Inn directly. I received, what I considered, a price quote above my budget. I went on line and booked through booking.com. as saved over $200.00. Accommodations were off the expressway and close to my destination so I had no trouble finding the places I needed in a timely manner.

The young lady that was at the front desk when we checked in was one of the nicest front desk people we have encountered in a long while, with the exception of our recent trip in June to Hawaii. The facility itself is older, but clean. Our room had two issues..1) the bathroom light/ fan was incredibly loud and 2) when you flushed the toliet it sounded like balloons being deflated on purpose, again very loud. It is my 65th birthday, and we are in Kentucky for that, then moving on to our next location. The hotel's location has 2 gas stations near it, and that's it. Everything else is 4 miles away. That was fine with us. Limited breakfast, but there is muffins, fruit, biscuits, and gravy. Again, I want to thank the young lady with the long blond hair for being so kind. I did not get her name, unfortunately.

The loud toliet and fan in our room it was very annoying. I have bad headaches.

Staff was awesome checking in, even got some recommendations on some nearby sights. Breakfast was great, waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, and real fried eggs (not powder). We were deciding between this place and a nearby cheaper option, we’re glad we paid a little more for the room.

There was an assumed urine stain (most likely by pet) near the sofa chair. It was displeasing to see, but other than that everything looks cleaned and decent.

Bathroom needed hook on door to hang (looked like there was a one time) and needed a second part to shower curtain, the only part there would not stay end to end to keep water from going alll over the floor

It was very clean, quiet and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful when needed. I chose this other option then from the Hotel in West Liberty because they have very bad Mold issues.

The only down part of this Hotel is that it was a farther travel to West Liberty to see our Family. But it was easy to get back and fourth to. : )

Comfortable beds and room and facility was clean. There is a nice breakfast with a good selection. This is my second stay here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just some minor upkeep needed as stated below.

The only negative was a small patch of mold growing on the ceiling in my room, and the second layer of glass was broken and duck taped on my room window.

Very clean, wonderful staff

Musty smell in room and hotel in general. Shower curtain would not stay closed on either end of shower rod. Made big mess in the bathroom floor.
