Yes, good breakfast and location.

The only thing I didn't like was using Booking.com to make reservations. This was my 1st time using this company, I received their email conformation, but they failed to officially confirm my reservation for 2 nights with Comfort Inn and Suites. Upon arrival, there was no record of my name or reservation so I had to pay twice for the same night, very stressful. Therefore, I cancelled my reservation with Booking.com for both nights. But Comfort Inn and Suites did at least refund my stay for the night. Although I paid the extra fee $12.07 for unconditional cancellation, Booking.com is impossible to contact via email or the 888-850-3958 to speak with AI and wait for a response at some point in time to get a refund. **FYI... I started reservation with Trivago and was directed to Booking.com

Convenience! The first night was a disaster we got in at 730pm and we wereplaced in a room opposite the very very noisy laundry and soda machine room (no door on this area to filter out some of the noise) front desk advised us they were booked solid so we could not move rooms, therefore we endured a sleepless night, we were successfully moved to a quieter area for the rest of our weeks stay and we did not receive any compensation from the hotel even though our booking was made in advance. The staff were very nice and helpful from then on.

Everything was comfortable. The water pressure was invigorating. The staff was nice. Breakfast was typical. The building overall all is an older building, so some of the areas a a little dated.

The bathtub had 2 large chips in the finish, giving the tub a dirty look. Even though the room was clean, it didn't feel it because it was dated.

We enjoyed the pool, and the night manager was super accommodating. There was a stain of puke or something on the pull out mattress, and he switched our room. That was very nice of him.

The floor around the pool was super slippery. Super dangerous if someone falls out there. Also the beds were pretty stiff.

Coffee needs help, it tastes like instant but the rest of the breakfast offerings were good, hot and plentiful. The location offers easy access to I64 as well as many dining options and full service grocery stores.

Dressing area plugs did not work and the dressing area itself was very small.

Location was great and easy access to interstate. Breakfast was better than expected.

I didn't complain because there wasn't much to be done, but there were some other people on the same floor as us that decided to indulge and party until late. I was not able to sleep due to the loudness of their activity outside of our room.

Great breakfast selection food was great, cleanest room we have ever stayed in, and employees were informative and friendly.

Room 310 inside the bathroom door facing shower could use some painting and breakfast area chair seat cusions need some kind of update. Nothing else, we had a great stay!!

It is perfect for travellers who are looking for a nice and chill place to stay while in town. Everything was clean and tidy, staff is nice and helpful.

The breakfast was good but there was not a lot of room to sit. All the seats were taken and we had to take our food back to the room.

The location next to the elevator was my only complaint. It was loud when groups were getting off and on.

The location was great. The staff was amazing and so friendly. The lady at the front desk was the best receptionist I have ever seen!! She was friendly, helpful and just right down nice. In todays world you need someone like her!! Room was clean and pool was great!!
