It was beautiful wood inside! Our room was very nice and comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was a good size. Lots of towels and hand towels. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner in pumps on the wall, very convenient. Housekeeping everyday and they checked on us everyday to make sure we had everything. Snacks served every evening. A coupon for a free snack items from their store. was left for us daily. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of choices. The pumpkin spice waffles were amazing, but they had different flavors every day.

No flavored creamer. Coffee ran out our last day and 20 minutes later after we had packed our car, it was still out. I had to alert them that it was out. It was a busy morning and this is the only time this occurred. Trash cans in room too small and filled up quickly. The carpets in room halls due for a good cleaning.

It was super clean! Breakfast was on time and yummy!

Our bath mat had holes in it. It worked-but why didn’t someone see holes? We pay quite a bit. Our chair was super comfy😎👍🏻but had stains? Heh let’s replace. We do not with our beach rental. Just needs a bit of attention to detail.

There was a smell of someone smoking, in the hall area. Not a reflection on the property or staff, just inconsiderate people!

Everything ! Our room was clean, updated with a super comfortable bed with full size pillows. Hilton has the best breakfast in the industry and this Hampton didn't disappoint. Light, fluffy eggs with turkey sausage and the biscuits were awesome. Shout out to the friendly staff who gave us water and vouchers for free snacks! We really enjoyed our first trip to Kentucky and we will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful hotel.

Room was right across from elevator. Although it wasn’t a problem it would have been nice to know when either the reservation was made or when we checked in. The host should have asked if it was ok.

What I didn't like has nothing to with the Hampton Inn. I had to make a late change of dates on Booking.com which I was told by the person I was working with said that all had been taken care of. When I arrived at the Hampton Inn, I was told that they don't have me down as coming. The desk clerk brought the Manager in on the problem, and she found that the reason they didn't have me as coming was Booking.com did not to the correction of date correctly. After finding this the Manager gave me their Suite as this was the only room available. NOW I have made some reservations for a few hotels in England UK for the late September early October time frame. I hope that Booking.com doesn't make any mistakes in booking them.

Hotel room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great, and they had some light snacks out in the evening as well. Staff was super friendly the night we checked in and the next morning we checked out.

Everything was great. It was a little pricey for a quick night's stay, but I'm sure it is a better value if you have time to stay a little longer and enjoy all the amenities.
