Was able to do a last minute reservation, the location was perfect and easy to get to. The frant desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. She saw that I was in a lot of pain and gave me a handicap room which made things so much easier for me. The room was cozy and relaxing, which I needed. It smelled amazing and everything was clean and in working order. The breakfast was top notch with several items to choose from. Definitely recommend if stopping in the Lexington area. All the staff was very friendly and helpful

It’s really the only hotel in town. As such it’s centrally located.

It looks like they are trying to do some upgrades. The carpeting in the hallway is not the same as the carpeting in the rooms. However, the carpeting in the rooms is horrid! The rooms stink! They smell sour and it was a smell that would not go away, no matter how much we left on the fan with the air conditioner on or sprayed air spray, it was in that carpet and it was not coming out and it was very annoying!

The view is beautiful regardless of what side you're facing. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. It's in a great location to get to the gas station or restaurants nearby.

Truthfully, I feel the price is a little high compared to other hotels I've stayed in that are a little more up to date so to speak. I'm not complaining, just don't understand the high price.

The inflated price I was charged by booking through booking.com online. I won’t use a third part again to make a reservation. Booking . Com was deceiving. I booked a pet friendly room On top of the inflated price I learned the pet fee had not been included in that inflated booking. Com price I will be making reservation directly with hotel from here on out

Great staff, very friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was super clean and comfortable. Beds and sheets were great. The breakfast was super impressive. Great variety and always full. Very friendly staff! Thank you for making a great morning for our family!

Booking.com misrepresented the room. I booked a room with a hot tub at a higher price, and there was no hot tub. Hotel claims they never have had rooms with hot tubs. But the hotel did say they have had this trouble before, so they know about it and should try to fix the problem.

Bookin.com misrepresented the property. I plan to deny the charge in my credit card because of the misrepresentation.. There was no hottub I booked the room for the hottub.

Loved the room and staff. However, Booking. Com charged me $70 more than what they should have charged so I will be canceling my account with them and never Booking through there again. I will just call them directly next time.
