Staff was nice. Room was nice. Room was clean. Location was in the center of retail and restaurants.

I stayed for a week. I was placed in an adjoining room location with smokers and dogs next door. This allowed noise and smoke to enter my room. I was also placed at the end of the property which meant that the internet went in and out. The water pressure was low but hot water wasn't a problem. All in all it was just not a smart place to put a long term stay customer in an adjoining room and dogs next door. Management needs to think beyond just putting people in the next availble room.

Really comfortable bed with quality sheets. I slept very very well. Breakfast was what I wanted -- yogurt, bran cereal and coffee with half and half. The staff was so friendly.

The only downside to the property was that there is no elevator. It was ok for me, but if I was staying for a long time, with a heavy bag and such, it would have been problematic. For people with limited mobility, they need to know ahead of time....

Rooms were clean, the two guys at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

The lady who was there overnight at the front desk, stared at us the whole time we were getting cereal and waffles for "breakfast". Seemed like she thought we were "stealing" the free breakfast that was offered! Does she pay for the stuff? Who knows.....but, it doesn't make us want to stay there again!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The one when we check-in.

An envelope is left on the tv stand, when a message on it saying don't like enjoy your stay, under that on bottom of the envelope.it said don't like " tips welcome" this was all hand written. Really sounds like they are begging for tips.

The beds were quite comfortable. The scenery around the hotel was gorgeous.

There were a comically small amount of tv channels. It was kinda in the middle of nowhere, so there wasn't a whole lot to do in the immediate area

The breakfast was enough to choose from. The location was good for what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful for a situation I had.

The rooms were very nice, very clean which is the most important thing to me. The stair wells and back entrances were a little dirty and there was some cigarette butts and trash thrown down outside the back entrance that wasn’t cleaned up. The landscaping was a little untidy and some of the rail fencing was falling down. The breakfast wasn’t much, nothing hot. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, as I said before the room and bathroom were very clean and tidy, which is what matters most. I would have preferred hard surface floors to carpet. The bed was good. The location was very convenient. Lots of restaurants close by. It was a great value for the money. All in all it was a very good choice. I’d stay there again.

It was convenient. It was cheaper than the other in town. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The access to charge my phone was not convenient at all. I am disabled and in a wheelchair.There was not a door opener and that caused a little bit of a problem going in and out.

The front desk staff are amazing and friendly.

They had to change our room because the toilet didn't work. Then the other room looked like someone was murder in there. There were red spots all over the walls, door and floor. The flood felt like it was never cleaned. Then the bulb blows in the bathroom

For the price, it was above and beyond. Very basic, but very clean and comfortable beds.

Breakfast was very minimal, but for the price we paid we could go out to breakfast.
