Breakfast was great and coffee was good! Parking was great.

Cleaning of room aka trash out, fresh towels, toilet paper, had to ask for was told to take out our own trash and bring towels down so to be counted for getting fresh or to lay in hallway to get fresh. Each time would need to asked for fresh towels. was refused once for towels because we turned on the towels and apparently they weren't marked down and wasn't going to get any but decided we were not lying and gave us two towels no wash cloths or hand towels. There were three adults in our room. We do keep our room clean just wanted trash taken out and fresh towels.

The entire staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. Breakfast was very good and it was quiet and restful. The previous night was at Courtyard Marriot in Knoxville. There, the interstate next door was so noisy we could hardly sleep. We also had to pay for breakfast and WiFi, both free here, and everything you want or need, great restaurants and shopping was just across the street.

Breakfast was good and the area was very clean. The lady got fresh coffee and food promptly. The staff was all very nice, and one lady named Missie was extremely helpful and friendly. We thought we had a problem in the room, but it turned out to be a mistake. She came quickly and took care of everything. It is convenient to several restaurants.

One of the beds was showing some wear as it leaned to the side some.

Friendly and hospitable staff will greet you with a smile that is not fake. It’s a servicable type a room for just a regular old motel room at bargain prices. They do the breakfast smorgasbord. It’s plain to see that they put some care into the presentation of the breakfast smorgasbord.

Could use some creative lighting fixtures or warmer bulbs. You know, mood lighting. When you walk in to the fluorescent lighting after being out in the dark it feels like you’re in a hospital or a low end Chinese restaurant.

The room was comfy and clean! The check-in was easy, and she was very pleasant. The girl who did breakfast is so sweet and caring!

The pool area could be so much nicer. It has a lot of possibilities and needs to be cleaner! The roof needs to be power washed and some kind of skimmer for the bugs! We enjoy getting in the pool after a long drive to relax and atmosphere matters.

Room was very nice upon entering and made us feel welcome and secure. We appreciated the breakfast. We liked how close it was to the highway. The attendant was kind and pointed us in the right direction.

There was a pool of water in the eggs but they were very crumbly and didn't stay together. The view from our room looked like a deserted lot but we were only there for one night so no big deal. The one tile in our bathroom (room 219) moved and popped every time you put weight on it.

Just what I needed. Choices were great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Located right where needed to be. Beds clean anfestful luv the fridge in the room and the microwave

The only thing that I didn’t like was I couldn’t buy pillows like they have. Best night sleep on super pillows. Should offer them for sale😄

Clean. staff was great. breakfast great and open to 9:30 - later than most places (for those who like to sleep in). Good selection and staff kept everything filled and fresh until 9:30 instead of letting it run out. Even went to get me a different flavor yogurt when there were only ones out I didn’t care for (without me asking). Kept tables and serving area continuously clean. Very pleasant! Front desk staff also very helpful with directions and suggesting a good place to eat.

Room size was a bit small but very clean and comfortable - included microwave and refrigerator.

Close to highway . Restaurant walking distance from hotel. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was excellent. 2nd time staying here. Will be back.

handicap shower floor was slippery. Probably our fault. breakfast area could be a little bigger and have more variety..

It was nice clean and quiet. Breakfast was good as well

The only problem I had was there was one of those little earwig bugs in the bathroom but it was the only bug I saw and these things happen so totally understandable!
