I can’t say enough about the staff, the rooms, the restaurants were all fantastic. The location was perfect for us, easy to walk around downtown from the hotel, parking was easy and free! Price for the rooms are on the higher end but WELL WORTH it. Comfortable beds and huge bathroom and shower! It’s great!Restaurant prices were actually very reasonable and the food was good!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff are amazing, and friendly. I left behind my Apple Watch in the hotel room, and I received a call from the front desk staff informing me the cleaning staff found it. They told me they could send it to my home, and they did. It is amazing to find great honest people these days. I will definitely be staying there again in the near future!!! The best!!!!

It's quiet, well located, plenty of parking. Whoever designed the bathrooms actually used one - plenty of towels, towel racks, and hooks. The restaurants: rooftop bar and downstairs full service were reasonable and friendly. The view from the roof is priceless and bug free due to the height. The lobby had two separate seating and conversation areas.

All good. Could have had a mirror in the room besides the one in the bathroom.

The location was great, staff was AWESOME!! The only reason I was disappointed was the rooftop bar didn’t have any of the menu that was online, it should be updated. So when we went up we waited and waited no one came over (in their defense they had a private event) we went and asked where we could order they gave us a different menu with hardly anything on it. And when asked about the online menu were told they weren’t doing that. So we wasted over a half an hour and had to leave the hotel and go out. But we found a great place. Also room was gorgeous, loved the amenities for my service furbaby, just very tiny!

Comfortable room. Walk in shower. Great restaurant and roof top bar. County music museum next door. Main Street with shops, restaurants, theaters walking distance. Casino short drive away.

Bed side lights had to be turned off at the door. If bed side light controls worked there was no way to turn off ceiling light over desk. Strange set up

Breakfast was very good. Served quickly and hot! Server was outstanding. Every single aspect of the property was outstanding. Spotless, beautifully decorated, staff extremely cordial and helpful. Our king room was enormous and well-appointed. Parking was unique. While it sounded awkward when explained at check in, it was fine. (and free). What a gem and very affordable!

Everything about this boutique hotel was beautiful! All the finishes throughout were very nice and upscale. Our room had modern finishes even though this was a historic building. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar had amazing views! Dinner at Vivian’s Table was wonderful!

The decor is absolutely gorgeous, the lobby is so fancy it felt like luxury the moment we walked in. The check in process was very smooth, the room was updated and modern. The bathroom/shower so clean! We went for pre dinner drinks to the rooftop bar then down to Vivian's Table for dinner. We wouldn't have needed to leave the hotel to have an amazing time! This is definitely our new staycation go-to.

We didn't experience anything negative!

This was definitely a high quality hotel in the city of Bristol. The look and feel of the hotel was very elegant and modernly updated while keeping its charm of something older. The Bristol Hotel was also quite possibly the cleanest hotel that I have ever visited in my travels. The pricing is right, the next door restaurant along with the rooftop bar and lounge; you will not be disappointed with a stay at this location.

The only thing I can think of that was any type of negative what-so-ever regarding is not regarding the Hotel itself. However, the streets around the hotel are all mostly 4 way stop signs and it seems like very few people in traveling through Bristol know how these operate so it leads to some extended waits and dirty looks while waiting for the first person to the stop sign to go instead of sitting there not knowing how it works.

1) The clerk was away from the desk and I had to wait over 10min. This was unacceptable. 2) parking socks! 3) My room was near the ice machine and I could not sleep very well because it was extremely noise.
