I love the connivence just off the interstate, there’s a grocery store, a car wash, a gas station and a few restaurants within 2-3 minutes of this location. The staff is always above and beyond! The pool is amazing. The breakfast is so delicious! This time they had bacon as well! Love that.

It’s hard to find a complaint. Sometimes the pricing is more than I’d prefer. Depending on the day of the week. Other than that I’d say I wish they had more bacon more off! But honestly that’s just really drawing straws to find something.

Beautiful new hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and so was the breakfast area. Super nice staff.

The ONLY thing that we didn’t like about the property was that it was a distance from restaurants. Our experience was unique as we were on a motorcycle and didn’t want to ride any place after riding all day. Luckily a grocery store was right across the street so we were able to get food from there. Also being a Silver IHG member, my stay wasn’t credited to my IHG account which I didn’t like.

We were traveling, just needed a room for the night. It cost a little more than we expected but comparable to other places in the area. We didn’t have breakfast ( preferred nearby restaurants) however it looked nice, typical hotel breakfast. Clean and comfortable!

Didn’t really have any dislikes, as clean as if it were new!

Check-in with female clerk…had to use a different card because they ran my card twice and used one of my husbands…3 total charges of $490.00… The bottom line is she gave us the run around and kept making excuses as to why… Booking.com charge was $470.00, $20.00 added at check-in… Rate was jacked up, paid $490.00 for 1 night… And next weekend the same room is only $175.00…

Breakfast Food was good, but I don't like buffet style. Too much risk for illnesses. Room was nice.

Receptionist added a $7.00 parking fee at checkout that was not disclosed prior to booking. She said the ownership of the hotel is adding this fee because of recent damages that have been occurring on the property.

Breakfast was good, but above all else your staff was superior--they were welcoming, friendly, and attentive as were all the staff during our stay. When we come to Barter, we'll definitely stay with you again.

There should be more seating in the bedroom. The lack of furniture makes the room look bare and there is plenty of room for that to happen. When you are traveling in a group you would like to be able to visit, but there were only 2 uncomfortable chairs--no good spots to do any reading.

The pool was extremely clean. My husband was impressed by the posted pH and chlorine levels. The hotel smelled clean as soon as we entered it. The room was spacious and modern. The shower was spacious, beautiful, and the Dove soap in the shower was a fantastic bonus to the room.

The was charged more than what was on my paper bill.

Breakfast was excellent with many options. The kitchen staff were friendly and kept everything stocked and fresh. The whole hotel was very clean. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

I had no complaints during my stay.

The breakfast was great, lots of options and tasted good. Rooms were big and very clean. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean.

The pool towels are so tiny so bring your own.

Great coffee, good breakfast selections, very comfortable bed and pillows, large walk-in-shower with good water pressure, plenty of towels, room-darkening shades that worked (!), efficient AC, updated decor and amenities (USB ports and a drop zone/valet), very friendly staff, and clean overall. The room even smelled clean but not in a sterile-clean kind of way; more of a clean-laundry smell. The lobby and breakfast area had a large variety of seating areas with USB ports and multiple TVs WITH remotes so not everyone had to watch one channel and there was plenty of room for social distancing. Truly exceeded our expectations and a great value!

Consistent breakfast selection. I was disappointed that the eggs I had one morning weren't offered the next day. And waffles would be nice. That's all I can suggest!
