Yes, we like the convenience and the safety. The staff that booked me in at night. Was friendly. The staff that I talked to in the morning was not friendly. I needed to buy I one more night and I was denied that. But overall it was a great stay

Accommodate a little better with the change of the stays if you need to stay at extra night. cleaning, making sure the showers are clean.They're not cleaning the showers or the floors to the best they.Could I still had to clean them before we could use them

This was my second time at the hotel. I booked again based on the great experience I had during the first stay. The breakfast was very good. We liked the scrambled eggs, english muffins and oatmeal. Loved the variety of toppings for the oatmeal. Also, the coffee was great! All in all, a very nice, clean area with sufficient table space for everyone. We also used the washer/dryer which was a lifesaver.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Good restaurants in the area. Breakfast was good with many choices.

The unexpected incidental and parking charges. Was charge $7 for parking in a non-secured parking lot. Incidental charges brought my bill up $29. I was told I will be credited but none of this was explained during check-in, and I have not received and credit.

Breakfast was pretty good. Didn’t care for the sugar crystal coated waffles. I prefer to freshly make mine.

Sneaky $7 parking and $9 in state stay fees added on at check out.

The location was excellent, in terms of ease of access to the rest of Abingdon. There wasn't much of a view from my room, but that was more than compensated for by the amenities and the quality of staffing.

There was a limited breakfast selection, and the eggs tended to be on the rubbery side. The breakfast side of things definitely could do with a bit more work. But, to be fair, that's the only aspect that I found the least bit irksome, everything else was excellent.

Staff was cordial, but not very welcoming. Very disappointed there was no coffee or water available except during breakfast hours. I would have expected the availability of both in the lobby or breakfast area as a courtesy to guest throughout the stay at a Marriott affiliate hotel.

There was nothing wrong with the stay. It was very pleasant. Our check in however was a nightmare as they did not have our reservation. Booking.com and the property somehow did not communicate.
