Great location. Convenient to both Bristol VA and Bristol TN. This is a no frills place to stay. The staff is exceptional and the bed is comfortable. There is no breakfast - please don’t complain that there wasn’t one provided as the description clearly indicates that there is no breakfast offered. These are nice people offering a convenient place to stay

I was on the first floor. On the second night of my stay, there was noise on the floor above me until well after 3 a.m. My second night was a very sleepless night.

I like that it was close to my job The young man was very polite and nice at the front desk check in was quick and easy It is located right across from the gas station and close to the interstate I got peace and quiet plenty of rest

the first night the tv was going in and out like you see the show then you see gray at the bottom of the screen the mirror in the bathroom look like it is about to fall down there is a space between the glass and frame at the top of the mirror

Good amenities and clean room. I was expecting less for a hotel that wasn’t a chain, but it exceeded our expectations.

Considering it’s a little older of a hotel, some things reflected it, but that is to be expected. Also, the coffee and coffee maker in the room wasn’t great, but the lobby had great coffee.

Friendly customer service. Perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping. Very clean and quiet.

Only thing that I didn't really like is that we picked this particular hotel because it had a pool outside and a jacuzzi tub in our room. The jets in the tub was quite loud and sounded like they just wasn't working properly,and the pool was murky looking.

Checkin was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall our stay met my expectations and the price of the stay was well worth it.

The only thing I was unhappy about was there was a man drinking outside the lobby entrance and a strange man was walking up to my daughters car while I was checking in but that was not the hotels fault.

Was very clean and the rooms were spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were unsure how long we would be staying in the area so we booked 3 different nights The only complaint is how uncomfortable the beds were. The beds in all 3 rooms were like sleeping on concrete floors.

The hotel isn’t new but it was clean. Once you walk in your room it smells like they took their time cleaning it. They do have a few people that live in a few of the rooms so you smell cooking but once in your room it goes away. There was cameras at every door so I fault very safe.

No hairdryer. Mattress do need a update but they are clean.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. If you need anything all you need to do is ask and you will be taken care of.

Had to stay longer than I expected I made a reservation for the next night and didn’t check out in time so the girl at the front desk charged me 35$ as some kind of late fee she really didn’t explain why she was charging me that

The hotel was convenient for what we needed. We needed a place close to the interstate just to stop for the night. We were able to park just outside the side door, which was very convenient.

The hotel seems a little bit tired. It's not exactly gorgeous or anything. Other than that however have no complaints.
