very loud rm. (noise from roadway and could hear neighbors, dog barking from other rms. bathroom so small door just misses hitting toilet. No fan in bathrm so humidity fills rm when showering. All lighting is very bright - one softer light in rm is needed so you can calm at end of very hard day: luckily found way out of flood zone, ravaged area after being trapped & seeing horrible circumstances from Helene -- resting was very hard due to stress and room circumstances. At hotel 3 nights - slept maybe 13 hr total during 3 nts due to noise. just sat in bed listening, tossing/turning. Maybe a partial refund is appropriate. - we did get to shower... Rm was clean (except for floor area by fan system - big pile of dirt, dust, cobwebs) Bed comfort was good - hip did not hurt for a night!

All staff were extra nice and professional. We mainly dealt with girl that checked us in. She did it in a profressional manner. The three people that handled the breakfast area were very dedicated and they were all highly interested in our customer satisfaction. The food was very good. The motel was clean.

Did not like staying on floor 7 but that is the way it goes. Bathroom a bit small as you have a hard time with opening and closing of bathroom door.

The beds are amazing. The room was very clean. Very easy check in process.

The room service menu is very limited with options I don't think the average person would like. There was a disturbance outside our room. It lasted almost an hour. I called the front desk to let them know. 25 minutes after the 1st call, I called again as they were still in the hall. I was told someone had been up to quiet the situation, but she would send them again. When the person showed up, the guest were in their room. He knocked on their door, told them there's a complaint about their noise. The guest says they'll quiet down & the hotel staff responded.....you are good. After he left it was still another 15 mins before they quieted down. This was after midnight.

The property was lovely, easily accessed from the interstate. All the staff were courteous and professional. The made-to-order breakfast included in the room rate was wonderful. A number of restaurants were within walking distance of the property, as well as an on-site restaurant and bar. The bar even had one of my favorite beers on tap! Bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. Really enjoyed my stay.

We had stayed at this property several years ago, before its makeover into a Marriott. The upgrade was distinctive. Reception staff fixed my reservation mistake graciously. Dinner was much better than expectations (Bristol is known for its raceway, not its restaurants).

A croissant in Bristol is not the same as a croissant from a good French-owned bakery in Baltimore; toast is a better bet. ;-)

The food tickets are silly. food service was awful. food choices were great but you had to spend money more money to get a breakfast. Make a buffet option and end the servers and ordering. Awful experiences with ordering and the 3 working were all rude! also being so close to the highway with traffic too loud. lack of items for coffee bar in room. no tea or cream was left for the coffee kcups

This greatly exceeded our expectations, especially at the price point. The entire staff were VERY friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices. Our room was very well appointed and the bottled water provided was a nice touch. This is how All hotels should be run!

Beautiful hotel with resort-like feel to it! Fantastic swimming pool, comfy beds, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and modern decor made our stay very enjoyable! Love the main entrance and the entire first floor that has many seating areas. Felt very home-like yet vacation-like all at the same time!

The price for value exceeded my expectations. Excellent stay. The breakfast wasn't a continental breakfast, it was prepared fresh from a menu. It was so fresh and delicious. The staff could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this hotel. It is so easy to get to from the interstate also.

Beautiful hotel and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Bathroom was tiny and the toilet was too low. Makes it hard for seniors to get up and down. Also we were woken up by room service staff around 9:00 am to clean our room. She said she was sent to clean it but we hadn’t checked out yet.
