The breakfasts were very good...hot waffles, eggs and plenty of options. However, very limited supply. Things run out and they don't refill throughout the breakfast times. The bed was very comfortable and all linens were clean. However, its up to us guests to be courteous and not leave makeup and other tough stains on them. Location was excellent, near the interstate and just a short drive from downtown Abingdon.

One of the front desk managers (visor wearing Wanda) isn't the most welcoming and she is purposefully very slow, talking to other employees and filing paperwork after we had waited about 20 minutes to check in. The bathrooms are in desperate need of an extractor fan. All the steam from showers staying in the rooms have caused the rooms to have a very musty, soon to be moldy smell. The rooms need to be aired out and the carpets shampooed to get the musty smell out.

Room was good, bed comfortable. Many dogs there and lots of room to walk them. Foyer and breakfast were very nice and hostess was extremely friendly and helpful.

Actually, don't recommend the Moon Dog Cafe to ANYONE. Hands-down the worst meal we ever had, and we were egregiously overcharged. Terrible experience!

Breakfast could have offered more in the way of protein such as eggs..I loved that there was a pitcher of real half and half gor the coffee

I like almost everything about the hotel. The rooms were really nice. The staff was really nice as well. The breakfast was good Not great but good.

The room was everything and more that was advertised. The staff were extra nice and professional. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and will stay again when I'm that way again.

My reservation, made through booking.com WAS NOT in the hotel data base.....no reservation showed. If the womn hadn't honored my printout for the reservation, I would NOT have gotten a room.

Excellent friendly staff. Very comfy room and bed. Exceptional shower. Very clean sink and shower water. Quiet room.

Did not have pack and play for children. Breakfast was functional, but seemed to be out of some of the food advertised in the breakfast area.

I couldn't get the TV to work. The blow dryer didn't work.

The location was great for my purposes, the bed extremely comfortable, and we had room for handicap which was great for my husband. The breakfast was very disappointing.
