The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner told me about how they've been working on updating all the rooms, and I could tell that certain things had been done recently. Location was on a busy road but it wasn't too loud. Only a few miles from the cute downtown area. I only stayed because my car broke down and I got stranded, and it was good for what it is. It's the cheapest rate in the area and it was worth it. The owners were very nice people. The price was worth it just for how kind and hospitable they were.

It was extremely bright inside the room because of all the parking lot lights right outside the windows. Some blackout curtains would be great. The wifi was also not great.

They've done some upgrading! This was our 3rd or 4th stay & we always come to this hotel when visiting Bristol. The shower was great with good hot water that did not run out. The mattress was very comfy giving me a couple of great nights sleep. Lots of channels to choose from on the TV. Fridge got good & cold too! The heat was already on when we walked in the room which was awesome since it was freezing outside. And pet friendly too! I was extremely impressed they remembered us from our last stay 2 years ago!

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable. It was pest free and clean. We had a very peaceful and quiet night with no disturbances. It appeared to have been partially renovated with new paint on walls and linoleum flooring. Overall reasonably clean. The continental breakfast had a variety of options to pick from.

The room could have used an upgrade to the bathtub and sink. They were old and badly stained. An exhaust fan would have been helpful to ventilate the air. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot and supplies needed to make coffee in room. There was only one small lamp for lighting.

Price..location...room was clean,decent tv..iron and ironing board.mini fridge and microwave. I've stayed here many times ,because it's usually the only place you can get during a race at bristol speedway..its really all you need for a night or two..I will probably stay there many more times..for the price it's hard to beat

Kinda sketchy area of town..hard to get in and out of parking lot."breakfast" was just cereal or a banana. No ice machine although the front desk would give you tiny little bags of ice if you ask.no coffee maker in room.

The staff/owners were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The facility is on a hill so it's away from normal road noise and very quiet. Booked six hours before arriving needing a place halfway to our destination. Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. We prefer to patronize local businesses and make an effort to return when we find one that gives good service and value. If we get a chance to return to Bristol for sightseeing, we will check this facility's availability first!

This modest motel was clean, tidy, in an excellent location. I had no problems except the number of outlets (a first world problem to be sure), so I heartily recommend this place. My less than a perfect 10 is so you'll notice that there was indeed an area that could do with improvements (no matter how complicated and expensive they might be in implementation).

If the management can get a motel-improvement loan, it should rewire the whole motel so that there are a lot more electrical outlets in each room AND that they get installed in locations where a normal human being can use them. It's all very well for environmentalists to complain about all the electronics, but the reality is that electronics are here to stay, and people need to be able to charge them in the evening and during the night, so just spend the money here, and don't worry about the stupid coffee machine.

The employees were nice. The room looked great. The location was very convenient. I would happily stay here again next time I'm in the area.

I wish there were a few more breakfast options, but any free breakfast is better than none at all. The cereal was delicious and got the job done.

A small comfortable hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. A real comforter was on the beds. The owners were so sweet and made us feel like they’ve known us forever. We had our frenchie with us and they didn’t charge an outrageous deposit for him. We will stay here again on our way to see our family in Pennsylvania

I liked everything

Was clean and the staff was friendly, even though there were only 2 of them. Coffee machine in room, enough for 1 person.

Booked a room for 2 double beds, for 4 people, the beds were only full size. Only had 3 people, I told the manager there were only 3 people, still got charged for 4 people. The room was not prepped for 4 people, wasn't even prepped for 2 people. Extreamly over priced. I've stayed a week at a 4 star motel for less then I paid for 2 nights here. Very little choice in continental breakfast, cereal, coffee, milk, juice.

When you first pull up, from the outside, looks are concerning. Even the check in and breakfast area is small, cramped and dimly lit. But, once we opened the door to the room, fully expecting holes in the walls and blankets, bugs, etc., and it was pleasantly clean and nice. The beds seemed to be new and it had obviously had some recent remodeling done. We were pleasantly surprised by the room compared to the rest of the building.

The location was kinda hard to find at first.
