Lovely big room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, great shower and lovely large white towels. Very nice made to order breakfast. Great location. We were on a long road trip and had stayed in a number of places along the way this was by far the BEST! With definitely look for Courtyards again when I travel.

Only 1 person taking breakfast orders and making coffee so it took a long time to be served.

The staff were all friendly. The rooms were clean and the kids loved the indoor pool even though it was a bit cold. Also, it was pretty quiet, good insulation between the rooms.

The view from the window was a bit weedy. Also I learned, "continental breakfast" does not necessarily mean "free breakfast", but I guess that was just my misunderstanding.

Bathroom could have been cleaner - either better cleaning products or cleaning job - film on mirror and floor felt a little tacky. Highway facing room, so overnight road traffic was loud - so, different windows is what that would Ned to remedy.

Our room was great, very clean! Staff was very pleasant & polite. The ease of parking & getting back on 81 was great. My daughter (& I) loved the spacious bathroom with bigger-than-usual tub/shower!! Wonderful value!!!!

The room needed additional furniture to use for surface area for temporary storage of luggage, personal items, etc. There was no microwave, but that was as advertised.

No breakfast. So many have a buffet breakfast now that you take it for granted. When a location doesn't you notice.

Great location for our travel purpose. Friendly ,accommodating staff. Clean room and stocked with all your staying needs. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Could use a new mattress.

Great location (easy off and on I-81). Room was spacious and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. There's a Red Lobster next door and an ihop nearby.

A bit of traffic noise (I-81), but nothing excessive.

I was charged $45.00 for two breakfast Burritos and two Starbucks Carmel iced coffee medium size I was told that the breakfast came with the room price and I only ate there one morning. I have reached out to the property manager no resolution yet!
