I liked that it was well lit parking lot with quick access to the highway. I liked the ease of check in with the friendly staff. The room was clean enough and adequate for the price given the situation. Most other motels were booked or were price gouging after the hurricane. Paid more for this stay than normal but it was adequate for our needs. I expected worse as I've never stayed at a red roof so I was pleasantly surprised.

The location was perfect for our trip. The staff was nice and the beds were comfortable. The room was very clean and equipped with with everything needed.

The only thing I noticed was that the floor in the bathroom was obviously mopped with the door open. There was a small brown line of old, dried, water against the wall when the door was closed.

The man that checked me in was amazing. I was traveling home from a funeral and needed a place to sleep due to the weather getting bad, making it difficult to drive.

The room was really warm when we came in and it was impossible to get it cooled to a comfortable temperature. It was still warm come morning.

GM was very friendly. Location was right by interstate, but still quiet.

It's a little aged, but clean. One of the beds the springs were completely worn out on one side. So bad I had to sleep on the other edge.

Great staff, so friendly and so helpful! That couple made the place what it is; a very friendly, super clean, goodsmelling, comfortable, convenient lace to stay after 7-8 hours of driving. 3-4 minutes to the highway, yet not at all bothered by highway noise ( we stayed on the 2. floor, 7 steps up.

Very good price for room provided. Close to interstate, but qiet. Room clean and pleasant. Microwave, mini-fridge, television and bathroom all good. Close to gas stations and fast food restaurants. Close to local supermarket (did not visit) and within a short drive to a very nice Krogers supermarket. We have stayed there 3 times; would stay again if price stays the same.

Some hooks (or more racks in the bathrooms) would be a plus.

Fairly large room with some modern upgrades and alot of desk space and comfortable chair. Heat and Air worked well and the room smelled and looked clean. Had a microwave and mini fridge in the room. I really liked the receptionist, he was very nice, friendly, and memorable, he also ensured we were OK with going upstairs before giving us an upstairs room.

The bed definitely could have been more comfortable, was a cheap spring mattress and could definately feel the springs from the top, but wasn't too hard and I slept OK. I would rate the bed as a 6, tolerable, for a short stay, but I wouldn't want to sleep on this bed for a week. This hotel doesn't have any options for breakfast or offer any included breakfast other then coffee. This location also does not have an elevator to access the upper floors so plan to walk up and down some stairs.

Staff was very friendly, location was convenient.

The lighting in the hallways was dim. We were a family of four and there were only 2 towels. We were given additional towels when we asked. The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was SUPER clean, the owner who did our check-in was amazing and friendly, our room was clean and comfortable. There was not a stain nor mark to be seen as if it was freshly scrubbed. They even did housekeeping during our stay which is relatively unheard of these days!

The bed was a tad uncomfortable but that is purely because I prefer a different style mattress not the hotels fault at all. Otherwise, no real complaints at all.

The office staff is super friendly. He went over and beyond to make sure that we were happy and welcomed We had a minor problem with our room and he resolved it immediately. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good. It was pouring down rain and he even stood by the door and held it open for me when I came back from getting our stuff from the truck. I would definitely stay here again.
