Like the location and everything was operational in the room. Have stayed at this location 3 times now when I come into town to visit family.

Did not like the pet fee that I had to pay each night that I was there for a 6 lb chihuahua and, the fact that I was not told about the fee till after reservations were made. And the other dislike was that the floors need a good cleaning in the room not just a quick vacuuming. Other than these two issues , LaQuinta done a good job and, I doubt the issues would ever be given any thought other than being put into File 13.

The front desk lady was so nice and helped me rectify a booking error

I will never use Booking.com again. This is the second issue. A wrong credit card expiration was entered. Me and the hotel staff tried to get it rectified quickly to no avail. I had to travel for a funeral and a family member used Booking.com to book my room. None of your customer service agents could help me. I was advised that I had to update the error. I could not reach my family member on how to use your website. And your customer agent hung up on me. It took me hours just to check in.

I’ve stayed here a couple times but this time we got a really nice room! It was clean, more spacious, bathtub/bathroom was really clean, hot water was phenomenal. The beds were more comfy than the last time we stayed! The mattresses were super clean! It was rather quiet too! The staff came and did a “touch up” and she was super sweet! Brought my kids muffins, talked and gave us extra of everything! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Breakfast was incredibly good, there was a great selection to choose from!

The power unfortunately went out the day we were leaving and we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast. There wasn’t the biggest selection for coffee!

The bed was comfortable. Having a luggage cart was very helpful.

None of the hotels we used on this trip had a grab bar in the shower tub so that we would have something we could hold on to and get out of the tub when we finished our shower. All of the hotels had a different selection of TV shows. The LaQuinta in Lebanon, TN had the smallest selection. Why is that? Are these individual franchises? The metal platform for the mattress made a sound every time I got in bed. I worried this noise could be heard in the room below. When we stayed in the LaQuinta in Lebanon, TN, there was a noise from the room above that sounded like exercise equipment. Maybe it was the metal bed frame!

The property is in a great location as it’s the halfway point for our travel

We usually stay at this hotel but this time put in a room where there was a leak in the ceiling over the sink and the ceiling was falling. There were plaster chips all over the sink. When I told reception when checking out, they seemed surprised. This leak has been going on for a long time, since the walls were buckling. How housekeeping did not report this, or see this mess, is a mystery

Hot water was phenomenal. The mattresses were super clean! It was rather quiet too! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Breakfast was incredibly good, there was a great selection to choose from! This room was on the end so it was rather quiet

The room we got this time we stayed had a few minor issues! The air conditioner didn’t work the best at all, the draining wasn’t the best in the tub, the tub was stained/nasty looking, and the room was way too small.

Great location off of I-81. Comfortable bed and very clean. I stay in 4 to 5 hotels a year, and I always lay a hand towel on the floor outside of the shower to prevent slipping. More often than not, the towel is filthy when I pick it up, because the floor is dirty. That was not the case at this facility. The floor was very clean. The staff - front desk clerks as well as cleaning staff - were incredibly friendly. We traveled with our dog, and he was very welcome. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with my daughter’s dog. We were there for the AAC Softball Tournament. I loved that the floors were not carpeted.

The only complaint I have about the hotel is that the shower didn’t drain properly. But honestly, I didn’t contact the front desk to have it addressed. By the time we got back to the hotel on Thursday night, I was too tired to have anyone come to fix it.

We have stayed here every year for the NHRA races since 2018. This year something was wrong at check in that my card was declined because of fraud. Clerk said it was because I was out of state. Had it not been for my spouses card I couldn’t have checked in with the no cash policy. My card has reserved and checked in for us for the last three years. Just can’t understand why I could have been without a room if it wasn’t for this glitch. Spouses cards was also out of state. I went next door and withdrew cash to pay my spouse back. Just sad and embarrassing

Location was great. Outside the door was not very neat, trash was always full If I could recommend a way to adjust the door so it didn't slam that would be great. Being near the outside door and the stairwell door it was non stop slamming of doors.

Nothing against the hotel. I appreciate the great staff
