The Coffee was very good, everything else looked great. We did not eat anything except the fruit.

When I checked in at the front desk, I informed the staff that it would be my wife and I only. We booked for 3 which is why we wanted two beds. Our grandson could not make it, so I asked if we could get a king bed for the same price. He said they had one left and said it would be the same price. Well when I checked out and turned in my room keys they said my receipt would be Emailed. I never questioned the cost because I assumed that it would be the same as the quote I have online. My total cost was supposed to be $373.65, well when I was able to check my Credit Card statement, I was charged $420.66. I am now totally disappointed and feel like I was deceived. I think whoever is in charge there should explain to me why.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was good and the bathroom was an adequate size. There were several couples in our group, and we were able to gather in the lobby to reminisce and share pictures. The Continental breakfast was good, with a variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The comforter on the bed was too warm, but when we removed it, the remaining covers were not quite enough. There was a spill in front of the elevator that didn't get cleaned during our two-night stay.

Front desk staff was very helpful, especially Beth. Breakfast had a lot of options, including non-dairy milk. TV allows for connection to personal Netflix and Amazon accounts. This feature wasn’t working in our room when we arrived, but staff fixed it the next afternoon. And they actually offered to let us switch rooms the first night if we wanted.

There was extra grout or something smeared on bathroom tile in several places (Rm 323). Seemed leftover from insulation, because the room was clean. It was the only thing which didn’t look nice.

The night person working the desk was literally a godsend! We got in so late for our stay and he got us milk for our toddler because he knew we were exhausted! Give him a raise!

Our room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast lady on the weekends was delightful. Waffles were yummy!

Please serve bacon as an alternative to sausage. There are some of us who don't like sausage AT ALL!

Very clean and modern.

The beds literally felt like I was sleeping on a bench at the park. I did not sleep well because the beds were the worst I have ever encountered in a hotel. They were so hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was good.

Beautiful hotel. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Too bad I was there out of necessity due to hurricane helene because I'd recommend it for out of town guests if i lived in the area.

Staffs were superb! They let us checked in early so we can changed clothes bcuz we were going to the funeral.

Cleanness, location, breakfast and staffs.
