It’s convenient, clean, the hot tub is great after working all day! The staff is so friendly and accommodating! I don’t eat breakfast but the infused water and coffee available anytime is wonderful! The parking is great! I honestly have nothing but good things to say! This was the second time that I have stayed there since May and I love it! I travel for work and frequently stay in hotels out of town! I would welcome this one anywhere!

I loved everything!

Location was wonderful, far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough for a short drive to dining and shopping. Room/Bathroom was clean, stocked and comfortable!

Breakfast could have been better stocked. Most everything was either low or empty & had to check with front desk to get anything as there was no one attending the dining room.

Very comfortable beds and feather pillows!

Breakfast was average. Not a lot of options for healthier choices. 2%milk instead of whole milk. No gluten free bread options. Typical attempts at healthier but missing the mark. The serving staff was exceptional though. Very friendly and helpful.

The jacuzzi wasn't hot and there was salt everywhere on the floor and in the bottom of the jacuzzi still crystalized..The pool could have been cleaner however they had a child softball tournament and the pool was filled with kids.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and it was a quiet area, no noises. The staff were nice and very personable. We only stayed one day . We have family in that area. When we go back that way we will probably book again.We were there for a graduation.

It’s a tad outdated but kept well so it is still comfortable. The water pressure made for a nice shower. Breakfast was good and the staff is very helpful and nice.

It’s nearing the need for an update.

The breakfast was delicious and I loved all the options, particularly the egg white veggie omelette and turkey sausage. I wish other hotels incorporated healthier options such as those. Very pleased with the bed and the pillows too.

There was nothing I didn’t really like. Although I did notice one of the towels was dirty in our room although it was arranged as if it hadn’t been used.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Rapid check-in. Excellent cleanliness.

We considered all aspects of our stay to be excellent. Just keep up what you are doing.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating despite the fact they were working short. Over the past 14 months I've stayed in 5/6 different hotels between Erwin, Jonesborough, and Johnson City for business. I wish this would've been my 1st place I picked. If I ever have 2 come back out there I won't stay anywhere else. The mattresses were pretty comfortable for a hotel bed. And the breakfast had a decent selection.

Wish the hotel pool would be for 18 and over from 8p-10p. Or 10p-12a.

We have been to this location many times and have never been disappointed. Rooms are clean and staff professional. We value the affordability and look forward to our next trip when back in TN.
