I loved the mini waffles and the REAL butter even the coffee was good and I almost never drink hotel coffee. I always make a trip to Starbucks but the hotel coffee was fine for me. I loved the fluffy pillows - I actually dreamed I was sleeping on a cloud. The bed was comfortable. The BEST thing about this hotel was Jeremiah. He was wonderful.

My traveling companion is a vegan and there was only an English muffin as a breakfast option for her. There are more and more vegans all the time and you should be prepared. Oatmeal, fruit, peanut better, bread for toast are some options. I'm 5' tall and it was almost impossible for me to get into bed. I had to ask the front desk for a small ladder or something I could stand on to help me get into bed.

Room was roomy, and clean. We were on the ground floor. Check in staff was friendly, helpful in getting our large vehicle parked. Easy to get to, just off the interstate.

Cleaning staff needs to be sure to check the coffee maker and remove used pods upon cleaning. Real brewed coffee with breakfast. Fruit offered at breakfast. Noisy location.

The area was almost rural. Nice mountain view. For a busy city it was in a more quite part of town. The staff was amazing. Andrea handled the details via the phone. Check in was a breeze and the lady working the desk was very sweet. The room was nicer than I expected. Very clean and comfortable for the price. Also, no loud noises from interstate traffic or people. The only issue we had was a knob on the temperature control didn't work well. The gentleman who checked us out in the morning was also a maintenance man. He was also very nice and we let him know about the knob. The continental breakfast also was good. We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and nice rooms at a reasonable price.

Our room was nice! The beds was very comfortable and we slept well. The pool was so nice and refreshing 🥰

The only thing I noticed was in room 106 it looked like there had been a leak in the bathroom ceiling. It was leaking but the ceiling could use some repair and paint. But those things happen. Other than that we enjoyed staying here and hope to stay again

It was a great location to go see a play at ETSU. The price was right! We expected a budget stay and that’s what we had. The breakfast was just fine, what we expected. Good waffles. 😀 Bed was comfy and nice towels.

Carpet was pretty old. No big deal.

Pleasant staff, convenient location, comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, the breakfast was good, and the staff kept a check on it and replaced food items when necessary.

The room was a little rough around the edges, noticed a cigarette burn hole in bedspread, toilet seat looked like it could be replaced, room smelled like perhaps someone had smoked in it, traffic noises could be very loud at times. Not meaning to be overly critical, but consider this as constructive criticism.

I like everything about this location, that is why I stay here every August. I love the fact that I can bring my dog, love the breakfast, love all the people working here. Plus the pool is great.

Nothing the stay was great the lady working the desk on 7/7/24 was phenomenal with customer service she took care of all of our needs promptly without any hesitation

The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was hot and good pressure. The breakfast bar was big with alot of options. Mrs. Stacy at the front desk is amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable and made my stay better.

The area is a place I would not feel comfortable walking around at night by myself. The late night desk lady did not know how to print and I really needed my bus tickets printed off, made my traveling plans a bit more difficult. The room needs a little more updating, as you could tell it used to be a smoking room and there was cigarette stains/damage in places like the light switches.

We liked the all the dining options we had within walking distance. It was a 15 minute drive to visit my family.

We only had 1 dislike, our bathroom had a bad odor (sewer) to it and it seemed like the floor around the toilet was wet quite often. We didn't want to complain.
