The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great. Good value for money.

The breakfast was grim! The coffee was really weak, with nothing to eat but sugary rubbish. If what you're offering is that bad, then why not forget about breakfast entirely? I decided to head out to find something better. I noticed that no other guests were making use of the breakfast either.

It’s a nice basic accommodation. Great for those passing through or in need of a bed and roof for a couple of days. We were up checking on our property after the hurricane in ‘24 and there were still lots of crews staying at the hotel in the ongoing efforts to rebuild this part of NC.

Easy access to 26. Large, clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a small assembly of cereals, bagels, donuts, and assorted juices. The lighting in room was great! Usually hotel rooms are kinda dark, this one was nice. Comfortable bed. Plenty to do nearby.

I really wished we could've all been in same room we're a family with 4 children so that's six all together I suppose there's a limit to how many can bin one room so we had to get 2 rooms so it was a little more costly than I wanted or have being on a budget that's why I usually go Airbnb but this was unexpected last minute trip

Quiet air conditioning unit. Room decor dated but very clean, no overpowering smells of cleaning products.

Electrical sockets need replaced. Phone charger kept falling out of each one I tried. The GFI plug at the sink was the only one that was tight.

Nice hotel, comfy bed, and spacious room

Shower temperature could have been warmer, but then again I took a very late morning shower and perhaps most of the hot water had already been used by other guests.

The staff was pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Making sure I had what I needed, including grabbing me water when the vending machine ran out. It meant alot. I really liked the bagels and cream cheese for breakfast. Walking distance to stores just be careful the city didn't have sidewalks the whole way. Laundry on site and I loved their laundry soap!

My shower water pressure was not very strong, but I also didn't complain about it, so it was probably something easily fixed. The bath worked great though!

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff member we interacted with was professional and polite. It was conveniently located for our needs and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great bed and shower. Staff was considerate in regards to my service dog. Have us a first floor room with easy access to a potty area.

Good location for the purpose of our trip

Was under remodeling and in disarray, some stuff didn’t work right, but I’m sure it’ll all be squared away when I return next year
