I would DEFINITELY stay here again! The location was excellent, very quiet for such a big city. Their security cameras were quite numerous and you could see them clearly at the front desk, with a staff member watching. That was very reassuring. LOVED how great the room smelled when we entered (that's a huge thing for me)! The pet friendly stamp was true and you couldn't tell any pets had been in a room. The room was very clean and tidy and bathroom needs met without asking. Theres a beautiful covered gazebo for smoking with a skylight ceiling, Ice machine worked great and a delicious chinese hibachi buffet is right next door. The staff was very friendly and helpful, parking at your room was no problem.

The hotel was great the hotel staff in office was great I love the room but the house keeper did not do very well we found hair in tub and sink black hair there was old onions on the carpet by bed and chair and the tv remote didn't work but I didn't complain because the owners in the office seemed very nice and was very accommodating for me it was just the housekeeper

Cleanliness of room

The staff were great. Catherine (I believe her name) worked out a booking issue over the phone and was very friendly and patient with me. Steven was very friendly and showed much concern for the success of my stay.

Although the bathroom was spacious, there was no counter to put my bathroom items on. Being a pet friendly, at no extra charge, there were plenty of waste bags and bins, but many of the customers refused to use them.

We stayed two nights while on vacation. I was impressed. It was much better than the normal reputation of a Red Roof Inn. The room was very clean and everything worked well. The office staff was very nice. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

I had no complaints about the room. Everything was nice about it.

That they tried to charge you before you get there when they did took down the wrong card number and canceled my reservation was told that the nite desk would rather me stay elsewhere but I prevailed and got to stay at the property after paying an extra 30$

The room was well kept, everything was clean. It was convenient to have a microwave and a mini fridge in the room itself. The coffee in the morning in the office was excellent. The staff was friendly, informative, and personable.

The air conditioner was a little loud when the compressor came on. There was a clicking noise coming from the bathroom.

Room was comfortable and had a desk and chair which was convenient. It was a quiet location and we were never disturbed or disrupted by noise from cars or neighbors.

When we would flush the toilet it would fill but then for the following 5-10 minutes it would intermittently make noise until eventually it stopped.

The room was very clean, bathroom spotless. Carefully maintained. We stayed at the Wingate in Chattanooga on the way to Florida, paid the same but not as nicely maintained as this one. Felt like we received very good value. If the next Red Roof is as good as this one, we will probably use them exclusively.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was somewhat tight to move around. The location was excellent close to where I needed to be, with plenty of shopping and eating.

The bathroom might need to be bigger. the air conditioning unit was too loud and might need replacement.

A few guests seemed unkempt, homeless appearing. However, I was never approached by anyone and the motel was very quiet and peaceful. Room was small with no table and only one chair.
