I was so appreciative of the cleanliness of the property and the delicious breakfast options. The staff were also friendly which is always a plus.

My complaint is not about the physical property itself but, with the pricing. Unfortunately my husband and I were unable to afford to stay as long as we needed to because of the increase in pricing. We had just lost almost everything in the flooding, we also had just moved to TN and knew very few people and none that could offer housing. As I attempted to book an available room at this hotel it seemed that as soon as they realized the dire need that was going to occur for these rooms the price per night jumped by 40%. We stayed the 2 nights that I booked but, then had to move to a lesser quality hotel because we could not afford the pricing. I just think that is a really crappy thing to do!

The clerk was kind and helpful at check-in. The room was well-cleaned, and the sheets and bedding were spotless! The shower pressure was great, and the shower was clean. Overall, it was a great stay! I would stay again!

There are coffee makers in the rooms, but no creamer. Also, I could hear the neighbors on both sides peeling paint off the walls with their snoring. This was definitely not the hotel's fault; it woke me up and took me a bit to fall asleep.

My husband and I really liked breakfast. We liked the many varieties available for breakfast. We appreciate the healthy fruit options as well as cold and hot beverages available 24 hours for free for your customers. We also liked the ability to have the option to purchase food at your front desk. We received great customer service from the time we arrived. The housekeeping staff was amazing. Upon departing We received nothing but great customer service. We have already recommended family and friends to your hotel location. We will be back that is for sure. Great customer service, clean and comfortable place to stay. We were pleased 100 percent. Keep up the good work!

Hotel was very clean and offered all the amenities one could hope for as a home away from home, including an awesome saline-based pool and exercise facilities. It was also conveniently located to all of the chain restaurants and a really cool breakfast joint. Everyone seemed nice and was fun to talk to. Very attentive and personable staff made my trip that much more rewarding. The warm welcome I received upon arrival by front-end Rebecca was both professional and courteous. She really did a great job in promptly handling my requests to extend my stay due to unforeseen circumstances related to my car. She is a great person with a great, fun personality to match! Alex (custodial/maintenance extraordinaire) is awesome and went above and beyond in helping me to rectify my car situation, even suggesting so much as to help to install new brakes for me after he clocked out from his shift.! This was definitely a godsend of which I’m very appreciative and saved me a good amount of money versus overpaying at an auto mechanic shop. Alex deserves a shout-out for his great customer engagement skills and parts recommendations and excellent car mechanical skills! The breakfast crew was also very kind and answered a special request for someone with a food allergy, which was awesome and unexpected, yet very much appreciated. This is truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at!

Nothing-it was great!

We loved everything about our stay! We were travelling with a baseball team and were originally booked at a motel (which we thought was a hotel at booking). The rooms were awful and we had to get out. I was fortunate to get 2 rooms at your hotel and I can't say enough good things! The staff, friendly and helpful, the rooms, clean and comfortable, the facilities, the pool, the workout room the laundry facilities (a must when travelling for baseball) all clean and a joy to use. The breakfast, soooo good, I would 100% stay here again. The other motel smelled so bad I thought all of Johnson City smelled that way! It took 2 days for my nose to get back to normal and we were able to explore Johnson City and we loved it!

The room was very nice and modern. The pool Was nice and quiet and clean. Loved the view from the room and the the kitchen in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Only complaint I have is the beds were fairly uncomfortable my fiancé and I both woke up hurting a little each morning when we woke up

The service and the staff was amazing specially at the breakfast buffet, that was also great it exceeded my expectation many choices and toppings coffee all day long, everything supper clean the rooms fully equipped and supper big I loved it

Tons of restaurants and stores nearby. Property is well-kept and clean. Staff is amazing and front-end is exceptional! Lots of fun things to do with friends or family nearby including Bristol and Cherokee National Forest and Smokey Mountains area attractions. I liked the outdoor sitting area and pool. Also like that water was available in the lobby.

Everything except the bed

The bed is too far off the ground for an elderly 5’3” woman to get in and out easily. The mattress was hard and the comforter was about the same size as the mattress so it was a battle all night for covers

Everything there was great.

I would have preferred a bar. I believe it said there was a bar online but a vending fridge with beer is not a bar. After 12 hours of driving, my husband and I would have liked to unwind with a drink or two at a nice little bar area.
