Nice hotel. Very well-located. The lobby was hot. That was really my only complaint. The room was nice! Would stay here again! We traveled to Johnson City to see our daughter who just moved there. The hotel is near everything! I was glad to have a free cookie and water when I arrived.

The lobby was hot. The room was comfortable, but the hot lobby did affect how I felt when entering or leaving. I like the free cookies, but they were only available one time when I walked by. I guess my timing was bad.

I absolutely loved this property!!! After booking at another hotel in the area and having a truly terrible experience, Michael the manager here swiftly helped me get situated here! He was truly kind and understanding. The room was incredibly clean and had all the amenities described. The housekeeping staff were incredibly kind and helpful with positive attitudes. The breakfast was amazing and there was a large selection of items to choose from. I was looking for somewhere to stay as I could not make it home from my nursing job due to poor weather conditions (ice) and this hotel eased all of my worries and provided me with a clean comfortable place to stay! I will stay here every chance I get and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The breakfast was delightful, occasionally the staff had difficulty keeping the trays full. The staff was friendly. The amenities were nice. The property is well-run!

It would have been lovely if they had patios or balconies! I wish we had stayed across the hall because we had a view of the Krystal drive-thru haha The exceptional beauty of the area made up for that! The room’s air conditioner was rather woeful and the chairs at the swimming pool have seen better days. Its my understanding the third floor is being renovated, hopefully that includes flooring because carpets were kind of yucky.

The room accommodations were perfect. The new bathroom and shower was fantastic. I love the soap, shampoo and lotion bottles were attached to wall. Also because we are older we really appreciated the nightlight.

The coffee and tea were really not good. The hit water tasted like coffee and there was no regular black tea. Also the coffee was light or dark and no regular coffee.

Lets start, the staff was AWESOME, went beyond. Super smooth check-in and check-out. The hotel sits between two restaurants. We felt uneasy with the waffle house next door, because you know that is an all night restaurants and you gonna get crowds and crazy people all night long. Thank goodness our room was on the other side not facing the waffle house. The parking is tight. Room was not up to par with a 'Hilton" disappointed with what we paid for the room. Disappointed in the cleanliness all around at this hotel.

The room could have been cleaned A LOT better. There were food crumbs everywhere in the floor area. The bathroom was not clean and up to par. Hair was everywhere, even in the tub. The counters were dirty with cup stains. The a/c blew out a dusty moldy smell. This is not up to par with a "HILTON". Glad I brought my clorox spray, Lysol, wipes. Had to buy an air freshener help with moldy smell. The grounds were okay but could have been cleaned better.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was exceptional compared to other properties, even other Hampton properties I have stayed in. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Just what we were looking for this time around.

Staff was friendly. The Hampton InnBreakfast was good, Location was great for what we needed. The rooms were clean. I just wish I had time to enjoy the pool.

The A/C unit made a loud humming/ vibration sound when it was going to kick off. I did let the desk know when we left.

We were at Bristol Dragway for the weekend and the location was good for this. Easy to find just off the highway. Clean rooms and very friendly staff.

We were there for Storytelling, location was perfect. Breakfast was just right. Good coffee.

It was not made plain to us at check in that in order to get room service we needed to ask.

Good breakfast, location. friendly and helpful employees. Yes, I will be staying there again.

Carpet could be cleaned in our room, otherwise it was a great place.
