The location was great. The fellow at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The warm cookies were really good. The parking was easy. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The TV was on a swivel making it easy to see in different locations. Room temperature was good. Body wash and shampoo were nice.

No included breakfast. The floor in the elevators was damaged and needed to be replaced. The carpet in the hall had some bleached spots. The furniture in the room was showing some wear.

the room was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large and roomy. Loved the warm cookies. I liked the toiletries available in the bathroom.

The toilet was so low and the flush was very slow. Had to hold down the handle.

The area was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with the whole experience. The restaurant food was exceptional.

I loved the staff. The water and cookies were the best! The pool was very clean pleasing to the eye. No towels when we got there but were quickly placed after we had swam for a while. All staff were on top 10.

I didn’t like the fact we had to ask for new towels. Trash should be picked daily without us asking. These are basic amenities at every hotel all over the world where I’ve have ever stayed. This need to be changed immediately! In my opinion. I’ve paid for This is a (BASIC)service!

There wasn’t no breakfast.

The guy at customer service needs more training because my husband’s card was swiped twice, first when we got there and then when we were not unable to get on our room. He sent maintenance to open the door and we still couldn’t get on after test due to him changing the battery and had to get new keys. He said the system had locked me out due to prepaid card and O had already updated the system with my husband debit card prior to arriving there. He was charged $447 twice and waiting to get his money back into his account.

reported that a door was damaged and security guard said he had just been there 20 mins before even showed him a picture and the impression he gave was it wasn’t important. door was definitely no longer secure from the back side of the building and several ppl standing around cars in the parking lot.

There was only one trash can in the room and the bathroom door handle did not work. we stayed two nights but were only supplied with enough towels for one.

The room was clean and roomy. Was disappointed that they didn't have a complimentary breakfast. They do have a restaurant that provides a small buffet for $12 a person. Was the same food that we had at the complimentary breakfasts at all the other hotels we stayed in. Cookies that we were given at check in were delicious.

$12 for breakfast in the restaurant that is the same as the buffets at other hotels.

Best location for watching the fireworks. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and a good size.
