Staff were wonderful, particularly the guy working breakfast at the bistro. Room was just as we expected and very comfortable. Aubrey's restaurant next door is excellent.

Navigating from the street to the hotel is a bit weird and not obvious. Google maps navigation worked well. The WiFi is kind of stupid, it worked OK on the iPhone but when I tried to access a secure web site on my computer I got a prompt that I needed to log in to the WiFi every time the site opened a new page.

wish the coffee machine was a Keurig. Also we would like an option for a kitchen with an accessible room or at least a microwave.

Nice and clean

The people who checked in very late above us that stomped around all night back and forth. I gave grace and told myself they must have stomach issues! From 11pm til 9am it was none stop!

The property was nice.

Our room did not include a microwave. Our room was not ready at checkin. We supposed to have had a suite, but we only had a regular room with a sofa in it.

Size of room. Price. Despite staff shortage, the staff worked very hard to make us happy.

Breakfast was slightly limited. Water pressure was weak in the shower. Mattress kept moving around on the box spring. Pillow were too soft and small. Refrigerator was not working.

The facility was very clean and the staff was very helpful, professional and friendly.

The only thing that could improve the comfort level (for me, personally) is to include at least one firmer pillow.
