Location was super convenient. The surroundings felt safe and accommodations were clean and comfortable.

I tried to check in about 35 minutes early because we arrived in town ahead of schedule. I asked if our room was ready and the front desk said it was ready for check in but I needed to pay an additional $30 for the extra 35 minutes. That seemed ridiculously rigid and unfriendly after we were on the road for more than four hours. I understand allowing maid service proper preparation time but if their job was complete, I can’t think of a hospitable reason to deny access to our room. It tainted the experience a bit, but luckily, the others factors and amenities overcame it. I also felt that the rate was higher because a convention was in town.

The young lady who checked us in at 8pm on Tuesday evening was exceptional. Very happy, helpful and caring.

Website stayed that breakfast was included. Wednesday morning i ventured downstairs only to be told by a pinched faced dark haired scrawny woman in a red hoodie working behind the check in counter that I was wrong about breakfast. It was not included and I was setting. I bet she told me 10 times I was wrong even though I looked up the site and showed her. She said that was not her fault that it was wrong online. No breakfast.i told her that was one of the deciding factors for us to stay at Holiday Inn. She was rude and mean. I travel quite a bit and she just put Holiday Inn at the bottom of my list. If you keep people like her employed you will run off all your customers for sure.

The location of the Hotel was awesome! The hotel was easily accessible and seemed to be within 2-4 miles of the locations we visited. The room was spacious, and clean. The bathroom was large and clean. The lobby was large, spacious and welcoming. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The a/c unit was a little more noisy than I've experienced in other hotels. Complimentary toothpaste would've been nice.

Everything. Staff was helpful, amazing, very friendly. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, spacious, one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in. I loved our King Bed, very very comfortable. The continental breakfast was outstanding! Included: scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, bacon. Sausage, Curial, fresh fruit. Bagels, cream cheese, jellies, jam, yogurt, variety of cereals, milk, coffee, tea, juices, baked goods, etc etc. Let’s put it this way.. nothing was lacking. The staff checked on us several times to see If we needed anything. The food was plentiful, nothing ever ran out. Facility is very very clean, tables, chairs, everything was immediately cleaned. No Bugs, spider webs anywhere. Everything was A++++. We definitely will be coming back every month. What made this trio even more special - EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENt” including the pool area, the set up, tables. Extra towels always available when going to the pool. Also a great place to sit, talk, relax. Plus it was my 60th birthday. This hotel exceeded my expectations ,

I loved everything. Decor, rooms, pool, amenities, continental breakfast was perfect!! Also no spiders, bugs , nothing to see. Very very very clean

We loved the stay. A very sweet lady at the desk at check in. The room was very, very clean and well decorated. Smelled great, bathroom was well done for what a handicapped really needs. We were in #104, and on our next stay we will be asking for that same room. Quiet and even had water and cookies in a bag welcoming us. We have spent $$$ on highly named hotels and never enjoyed a stay like this. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for the hospitality and a true handicapped bathroom

Not enough time to spend other nights there. The price of canned cokes or water. $2 is too much.

I paid for the three of us to have breakfast (didn't know it was an actual restaurant, thought it was a buffet like at others like Hampton or something) so I paid $$$ for the three of us for breakfast. During our trip to see our friend struggling with cancer, we found out we'd been invited to eat breakfast with them before heading home, and when I mentioned this at the Holiday Inn, could I get a refund for our paid breakfasts, the answer was no. Sigh, Too much $$$ but a very comfortable stay. Probably won't stay here again or use this company because we just can't afford it.

Do not...I repeat, do not waste your money on the breakfast. It's not free, they charge you $20 per day for a voucher to use for breakfast, which doesn't even cover the cost of breakfast. They give you a check to pay the remainder balance, which would have been fine if the food selection was worth it. The breakfast selection was horrible. I tried to get a credit on our second voucher, but the staff wasn't able to issue a credit because it was booked thru Booking. We ended up eating the $20 and going to a restaurant to get breakfast.

The beds were exceptional! Good rest for weary and tired travelers. Most hotels leave little bottles of shampoo and such , but it impressed me that they provided big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion! And it was name brand! Dove lol . It was very clean too, which is ALWAYS my main concern in a hotel.

The only issue we had was as we were getting ready of the morning of our check out & a housekeeper walked into our room ! My husband had went out early that morning to our vehicle for some belongings to bring back up to the room & didn’t lock it back with the bolt .We thought we heard a knock , but wasn’t sure and we were both getting dressed . So I’m just glad once she realized that we weren’t out of the room yet that she closed the door fairly quickly. If they don’t have a check out list for housekeeping that’s something they may want to look into starting.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and in a great location in Johnson City. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was excellent despot the fact there was only one server.

The price. I felt it was misleading when I booked it through booking.com so beware the extra charges that are tacked on after you book it.

The coffee ready in the lobby in the morning and the bed was super comfy. The lobby and room was exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and professional.

The doors were tight so at times difficult to close and open. Sometimes when it closed it would slam shut. I heard other doors slamming as well, I turned on the TV to drown it out.
