The bed was ultra comfortable

breakfast was slim pickings -bananas were solid green, no other fruit available, oatmeal looked a week old and reheated, chicken sausage was the only meat type and only two left at about 8:45. and the eggs were gone to but a man refilled the eggs as we finished up and did apologize. the lady in there did seem rather overwhelmed-so we gave her a pass and just went to get some breakfast. but this room was not inexpensive. In fact, was on the higher end for this trip through this area which we take alot to visit family.

The room was very comfortable, and I appreciated how spacious it felt, with a nice kitchen area. Felt like an upgrade compared to many other hotel rooms in which I've stayed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and even as a vegetarian, there were ample choices to suit my appetite.

I like to use the stairs instead of the elevator, and they were a little messy. Also, the location was less than ideal for me as a walker. This hotel is in an industrial area with 6-lane traffic and few sidewalks.

Everything was amazing my favorite thing was how clean everything was. Everyone was so friendly and nice.

This is an update from my previous review and I was compensated for the issues we had. I will be back in the future to stay and would highly recommend to family and friends to stay there. Thanks to all the staff that work so hard to make our stay pleasant.

This is our 3rd time spending part of our vacation at.The staff is friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We received an upgrade to a king suite it was wonderful . Very roomy . The breakfast is excellent. They have a variety hot, cold, fruit foods. The best I've seen.

The only thing didn't like was the pancake machine , I have seen this at other hotels too. It doesn't cook it long enough.

The kids enjoyed the pool. The lobby was nice. The rooms and beds were nice. Bedding was comfortable, pillows were awesome!

The shower curtain was worn and dirty. The shower didn't seem as clean as it could have been. The adjacent room to us smelled of cigarette smoke thru the connecting door.

The staff was very courteous. We had an issue with our card, and they explained the problem in detail and helped resolve the issue. The room was very clean and was bigger than I was expecting. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book If I had to nitpick, the only thing I saw was that the towel rack in the bathroom was beginning to pull out from the wall.

The the breakfast is the best i have ever had in a hotel. The staff was great and helpful the beds are great. Ever thing was great for me like always at this hotel.

It was all great. loved the staff will help you with all your needs . The lady on the desk in the evening is always there to help you with all your needs.

Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. I like the toiletries on the walls and in shower. Mini fridge with freezer, microwave, kcup machine with coffee, cabinets. It also has a safe in the room. Usb plugs. The free breakfast had of variety and was good. Nice sitting area. Looked like a nice pool. It was convenient for our road trip and visiting family. Stayed 3 nights.

The front desk was very helpful and polite at all times even when there was a hiccup. They were happy to help at all times. Definitely the best service and room ive had. I was not disappointed. Thank you

The staff told us of a nice place to go close by, a nature reserve. We really enjoyed visiting that.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Great stay and great staff! Great breakfast too!
