I read the reviews prior to booking and thought I'd take the chance. I was pleasantly surprised it was nothing like the negative reviews. If I were like some of the Karen's in other reviews I could have noted that a small piece of grout was missing at the base of the tub. Nothing wrong with this place and a great price!

We loved that we had adjoining rooms with our family. The choice of breakfast items was great. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and by the time we left, we felt we had new friends. The location was perfect for going to the site for our family reunion and visiting relatives.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. My brother noticed piss ants on the night stand on our last morning, but we let housekeeping know, so she said she'd take care of it.

An outside trash can would be nice. It's awesome that we can bring our pets and I cleaned up after mine but there was no trash to put the poop bags in - I don't want to bring them inside and had to leave them in my car.

The owner was compassionate about keeping the grounds clean as he would walk around picking up trash himself and also very friendly with the guest.

Some of the cleaning staff cut corners and didn't thoroughly clean rooms and bathrooms.

Breakfast was nice

Only one ice machine on first floor. Room we stayed in door when closed had crack to where light came through. Refrigerator rattled all night. Rooms just need updating all together.

I needed a handicap accessible room close to HVMC Did not expect a roll in shower, but the room had one, Fantastic.

This isn't just with this Motel, I think it's kinda wrong to charge people more because they need a shower they can get in. If you only have one leg, getting into a tub is almost impossible.

The breakfast was adequate, not as much as our last visit. No bread for toast. Only bagels. No pastry. Sink was breaking away from the wall. Light switch on corner lamp didn't work.

Spend more on routine maintenance.

Was not set up good where people could not find the proper things to fix their food. Example M/C was placed at the entrance of the dining room.

Well we had a crying child next to us which made a quite of noisy.

The location and that its pet friendly.

One day plan to replace the carpet with something more pet friendly (tile or laminate). My dogs are truly house broke, but some aren't and there is really no way to keep the floor clean with carpet.

The hotel location is great and right off the highway. Rooms are good size with essential amenities like refrigerator , microwave and coffee maker.

The carpets could be cleaner. Breakfast could offer more fresh fruit and gluten free options. The juice machine had specks of black specks in it, I didn’t drink it.
