I really like a lot about this property. We stay here a lot on our trips through to visit family. The rooms are normally comfortable, clean, and roomy.

The showers are normally clean with great pressure and hot water, but their doors are VERY poorly designed and leave water on the floor. We can deal with that alright, but the showers in this particular room had long hair all over the shower walls and there seemed to be suds on the shower floor. I couldn’t stand up without slipping. Had to use a towel on the floor of the shower in order to keep from falling. Hoping this was just an oversight because they’ve always been clean before.

Power was out for an hour at midnight and it was pitch black in the room with no AC/heat etc. and hall was dark. The hotel has no back-up generator and no hot line or system to let guests know what is going on. The phones were out, including the front desk. Using my cell, I called the hotel parent company, and they were unable to reach the front desk, or manager either and had no system to know of the problem and were unable to assure guests in any way. They suggested I stay in the room not knowing whether the power was cut on purpose or just a regional outage or if the issue would even be resolved. The next morning, the nice manager on duty had no knowledge of the incident or any contingency plans for events like this.

I really like this property. I’ve stayed here several times recently. This time was great. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Just how I like it.

As always, the shower doors are poorly designed, but as long as you keep your stuff away from them (I keep my house shoes outside the shower room), nothing will get wet except the floors. The room had only decaf coffee, but there is 24/7 coffee in the kitchen, so my husband just walked downstairs and got his coffee.

I liked the hotel. It was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant stay.

I spent a long time trying to book, when I later upgraded my reservation via the email received. We The system kept updating and changing what I wanted back to where I was so then I just spent a long time on the phone Trying to straight it out.

Great location; Clean rooms; Microwave & Refrigerator. Two beds, which helped a lot. And, lots of places to put things! Very helpful staff who made sure I had everything I needed, and listened/addressed my concerns.

Breakfast. The waffle maker was great, and the cereal option was okay. But, no bacon, and even though I don’t eat eggs I’d question them. And today, my last day there, I hear the girl staff down there goofing off. And, I saw there was a little bit of potato’s left, but the girl took them before I could get them, and the sausage today was ice cold! So, if you get to breakfast there at 8am, consider yourself out of luck, because those girls could care less!

The continental breakfast was very good and the variety was excellent. The location was centrally located near restaurants and stores. Very clean hotel.

I thought Maybe there would have been a pool but otherwise very happy with the stay.

Good location and close to shops. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The fridge and microwave was a bonus as we stayed in previous hotels with no fridge or microwave! The hotel is affordability comparing to other hotels in the area.

Everything was according to our expectation.

This Sleep Inn was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. They always have a great breakfast as well. In budget hotels, this would be my first choice.

Parking lot full of maybe “truckers”? Several men at all times of the day in the parking lot on their phones. A bit uncomfortable for my daughter and I.
