The new upgrades in the room were very nice! Freaking love the mirror in the bathroom and shower was awesome 😎

It did have an older smell in the main area, but I know they are in the process of updating!

I love the staff! They're super friendly, always try to accommodate you as much as they can.. & once your checked in, your left alone until your checked out, unless you need something of course.. the price isn't bad either especially if your staying more than 1 night b|c the rates are way reasonable..

Nothing! I don't have any complaints! I never do when choosing to stay there!

I liked the fact that, they try really hard to accommodate you & whatever kinda room (whether smoking|non smoking or King bed|double bed) they do everything possible to allow you to have the stay that you want the most.. & it doesn't bother them to make changes if necessary..

I have no complaints! Our stay was good! & It always is when we stay with them..

I was able to bring my dogs. Relax in the room and watch tv. Having family and pets made the stay so much more enjoyable. The room was big enough for 3 adults and 3 dogs. I liked being able to take my dogs out to potty and no issues.

The room was good. I saw that there was used forks behind the dresser. Looked like it had not been swept in a very long time. Plus there was roaches in the room. So not sure if the staff or owners know this....but would be a good idea to do something so you don't have lots of issues. I saw many baby roaches. Killed them...but I am sure there are more. So there could be a nest in the room. Just a heads up.

We went to country thunder at Bristol, the concert started at 3, I was able to check in a couple hours early, just got the key cause I didn't want the hassle at 12am just wanted to get in the room when we arrived, they gave us our key about 1230pm on the day we arrived

Our room was very clean! Everything was in good working order. Quiet. Ample parking in well-lighted lot. Staff always is friendly and accommodating. Excellent value! Will always return to this hotel.

I liked the location & how friendly the staff was. They were all super helpful & kind.

It smelled like cigarettes in the hallways despite no smoking signs.

It was a very welcoming environment, i'd quiet neighbors. Unfortunately, to COVID the pool and breakfast. Were not available, but that's okay. All the restaurants nearby were pretty good.

I wish that it wasn't listed. That breakfast was offered since it does not.

Location was close to town and grocery stores. Rooms were cozy and clean for the most part.

The room I was in smelled musty and a lot like mildew. Come to find out the AC was leaking so bad that the entire carpet in front of the AC was drenched.

I don't have anything that I need to ramble about.. We had a purdy good stay, well ~ I personally enjoyed the calm, comfortable & quiet atmosphere.. I hate, I had to check out!
