Staff at front desk was wonderful! Easy checking and out! The facility was beautiful and very clean. Nice common areas to sit and relax. Nice pool and hot tub. Very nice plac!

Potential health issue in restaurant. My fiance ask for creamer for coffee and the waitress took the little white pitcher off someone else's table that had just left and gave it to her. We didn't use it because that's not safe. Blew our minds she would do that. Also for 250 a night I expected a breakfast included not 50 dollars. It was great just to expensive for breakfast.

more expensive than expected. like that didnt have to leave hotel during a convention.

my son when to the after part on sat at the bar. he stool their right in front of bartender for ten minutes and bartender looked right at him and walked away never said be right back my son is 40 years old. so he stormed off. Linen when when in room dirty looked like blood when i reported it housekeeping came up to change linen and she apoligize . Then when she started to replace bottom sheet it had a whole in it she went and got another sheet. she told us the comforter and sheet were done outside the hotel you might need to consider changing companies or at lease telling them to make sure no stain left on linen. They had to little trash cans and no trash bags in room for trash.

my son saw add for breakfast when he picked up supper. when their and place not opened when to buffy breakfast was ok untill they sat a couple that smeeled liked he put whole bottle of collon on a member of my party got instance headache and nausea could not eat any more gets migrances med not work. She had to leave and we had to leave conference early becauseof her headache.

Came through for work. What a little gem in a small town. Beautiful lobby, staff was great. The room was a little more traditional in style but very clean and comfortable. Good size. Very pet friendly. Great bar area. Golf course surrounding the property, they must have a great summer season. I would definitely stay here again. Nice views of the hills in the distance.

The adjoining doors, but I suppose that's just a personal preference. Creeps me out. If I visited again I'd ask about it. The first room I was given was down a very confusing hallway next to a laundry room so I went back and asked to be moved. They were very accommodating.

Overall, the property was nice. This was my second time staying at this location.

Our room was not clean. We were late getting to our room. We were tired. We folded the sheets sown, and our linens were dirty. It was 1 in the morning, and we had to wait for clean sheets.

Location, cleanliness, staff, excellent buffet breakfast

Although clean and by no means a deal breaker, the sink in the room was cracked, the tp holder was broken, and the ironing board, iron and hairdryer were haphazardly placed in the closet.

Only 2 concerns were having to pay for wifi during stay. And may want to check the temp of the hot tub. Couldn't stay in for more than a few minutes. Seemed very hot compared to most. Everything else was wonderful!

Very clean and professional. We stayed here for Smoky Mountain Terror and had a blast exploring the night before and the day of the event. Our room was very clean and spacious and was such a beautiful property. I could see us coming here again just for fun!

Beautiful place, friendly staff, comfy beds

The resteraut was way over priced for the quality of the food . The pool and hot tub were in the same room so we didn't use due to excessive people and children.

Breakfast had a nice variety of foods. Location was quiet and surrounded by nature. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Easy to find. Spacious lobby with room for late night conversations or drinks.

Too much pepper in the sausage gravy. The pancakes were hard, the hot items were cold by the time I got to my table, no egg station for omelette making. There was no clock in the room. Not enough handicapped parking. Larger parking lot was a bit of a hike for a senior citizen. I reserved a room with a pull-out sofa but there was not one in the room I was given. Not able to regulate the Tempe in the room.
